The entire process was amazing. I have dealt with three other sign companies whom all three were terrible. Then I landed on Media 1 and they were in constant communication from beginning to end. The owners are hands-on which is amazing considering the size of this company. Their facility was spotless instilling my complete confidence in how they would take care of my vehicle. The designer, Jason, did a fantastic job and was very helpful throughout the design. Oh and the install, OMG. No seams, everything level, cuts were tight, I just can't say enough. Very impressive company. Lastly, Christy was great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way. She was reachable, responsive, and even sent me in-progress pics of my vehicles which was very cool. If you don't want to waste your time, stay away from the other sign companies because you won't beat Media 1 pricing or match their quality. They set the standard.

These guys are on top of their game. I visited a handful of other companies before Media 1 and it was very discouraging. From the first consultation with Craig my project manager, to the design team, the install team, their facility, and the Owners Dale and Rick, the whole experience was seamless and honestly inspirational. I was given a tour of their office and warehouse where they make everything happen and im glad I did because it gave me confidence in choosing them, but also many take aways for my own business. They took my vision, pictures and my hand made drawing and brought it to life. I am an owner of an electrical company and I wanted to do something different on my EV to stand out from other contractors, pictures don't even do it justice because they nailed it! Great service and even better workmanship. We use Media 1 for all our truck wraps. Their design service is also phenomenal. I've used some other little shops to do truck wraps but you get what you pay for. Quality and service are worth the price.

Not only was the wrap they put on our trailer perfectly executed, they finished the job ahead of schedule. I worked closely with Jason Wissig and he truly is a man of his word. Their attention to detail, communication and customer care is unrivaled. Thank you guys again for the wonderful work you did on our most recent trailer!

I am very impressed with this place. I sent a Facebook message asking a question this weekend not expecting an answer till Monday as it was the weekend and got a response right away. I am looking forward to setting these people as they meet the need I have in putting on a thin blue line window decals (full window size) on my vehicle. I cannot wait to get it done and see how it turns out. So far this place seems to top notch and great. I will try and post pictures and add more once the work is done.

Media 1 has been wrapping my company vehicles for 10+ years now. Dale and his team always do top notch work. Their design staff is fantastic. They can take a concept/idea that we have and bring it to life. You won't go wrong with Media 1. Nothing but pros.
