Honest and forthright. Went to Firestone on 44 in NSB and they were saying over $2k in parts and labor. Took my truck here to get new tires and they said tie rods just needed to be tightened. My business will be going here for now on. Also, best deal on 35” tires. 10/10 highly suggest McRobert’s auto center for all vehicle services. Thanks again!

I called several small engine, mower, and tire shops near me to get 2 rear riding mower tires replaced. I already had them off the mower, so they were a carry in. Everyone else either told me they can't or they'd take a day or so to do them. Or wanter $25 eash to swap them. I called, and Brad answered. He was friendly and courteous. They told me they only charged $10 each and could do them as soon as I arrived, so I headed over. Wasn't disappointed. Had me in and out in under 20 min. In a world work, corporations are taking over its rare to get quality service like this. I highly recommend them if you need a tire or auto service.

Excellent shop to do business with. Brad is awesome. Honest, knowledgeable and straight forward shop. I highly recommend and will only take my vehicles here from now on and I live nearly an hour away.

I contacted these guys via Facebook and we all know you can come across some shady deals on there. That certainly wasn't the case here. Brad was awesome. I told him what I was looking to do with my f250 and not only were the toyo tires I was looking for considerably cheaper than everywhere else he also listened to me when ordering the wheels I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the truck and the service. We were later than I wanted to be getting into the shop and they stuck around and got the job done anyway. Even got it in for an alignment after everything was installed. Awesome shop!!

Dishonest liars. I don’t say that lightly, and I try to avoid reviewing small, local businesses negatively.The check engine light came on on a new-to-me Toyota RAV4. Took it to McRoberts. During the 2 days they had it they told me it was the result of low power steering fluid (it wasn’t low, I personally checked all fluids prior when the light came on). While it was in the shop I found out the engine light that came on was purely a change oil light. McRoberts just reset it and attempted to charge me around $250. Thankfully, after calling them out on it they played dumb, backed off, and removed the extra charges.Note: I’m pretty sure I posted a negative review on them before, but it’s somehow gone. Businesses can pay Google to remove negative reviews- I don’t know if that’s happening here, but beware.My family has taken several vehicles to SG&K Auto, and they’ve been honest and good on pricing. I would start there if you’re looking for a good mechanic!

We got a 3” lift installed on an F150. The turnaround was timely, the best quote out of 4 and service was professional! McRoberts exceeded expectations on the final result. They make drop off and pick up a breeze and provided a quality job by people I trust! Thank you!! Will be back for anything else we need!
