Friendly staff!! Timothy helped me, he was very informative and listened to me. He was patient with me. It was time for me to invest in my bed, he respected my budget and worked with me. My mom and I needed new beds. After going to two different furniture stores, a family member suggested that we try Mattress Firm. First I called. Ms. Alexia was not only very pleasant to talk to, but she offered information about mattresses as well. It was because of her inviting demeanor that we decided to stop by. Ms Alexia took the time to learn about our sleep styles and other various factors in our lives. She then used that information to help us try different mattresses. She wasn't pushy or interested in making a sale for the purpose of making commission. Ms Alexia helped us to select mattresses that will be investments in both our health as well as better sleep. We received customer service that went above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely recommend anyone looking for beds to go to Mattresses Firm. You will not be disappointed.
