DODGY When I picked up my car they tried to over charge me $160 to assess the vehicle and claimed I agreed to the charge when I dropped my car off and signed the agreement. I remember I signed the assessment agreement and 0.00 was specifically listed. When I asked them to produce the document showing I agreed to pay $160 Karen was forced to remove the fee. These idiots still called me 2 months later getting me confused with another customer and telling me the parts were in.

NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM SUBARU NORTH ORLANDO! Our SENIOR CITIZEN mother purchased a white Ford Maverick with (what we believed) black original rims. She took her "new truck" through the car wash and the rims peeled back THE BLACK paint and this turned to cheap silver paint, which the silver paint was obviously painted over the entire original black rim, BUT THE RIM WAS OBVIOUSLY AGAIN THEN PAINTED BLACK prior to our mother purchasing (with super cheap paint and what must have been a seriously impaired subcontractor) before selling to my SENIOR CITIZEN MOTHER, (including PAINTING OVER the FORD EMBLEM). We called Subaru, they sent the same crappy contractor out to repaint the BLACK ON THE RIMS, which obviously the substandard paint job on rims peeled off again after washing the vehicle ONLY ONCE again. Worst part, we called Subaru MULTIPLE times, and NOT A SINGLE RETURN PHONE CALL! Buy a car from somewhere else, they obviously use sub-standard contractors, and NEVER STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD OR THEIR VEHICLES!!!

The parts department staff at Subaru North Orlando are the absolute best! They always go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of, are more than pleasant to deal with, and never give you the run-around. Their prices are more than fair and I'm so fortunate to be so close to this dealership and have them take care of my two Subarus!

I made an appointment on the Subaru app to have my oil changed. I get there and wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in. That person acknowledged my appointment and then said that they don't take appointments, it's 'first come first serve' and it would be an hour. All this is happening while I'm seeing 2 mechanics sitting in the corner doing nothing. Why did the app let me make an appointment if they don't take appointments. BTW - the dealership is 30 miles from my house. What are royal waste of time.

Saw online that there is an aftermarket warantee from Subaru. I email the simple question; what does the warantee cost, cover, how long does this warantee last. Got ads from them, wanted my phone number which I would not give. My email bombarded with nonsense about which new car I wanted to buy. I asked again to answer the question and the same nonsense over again. Don't even bother to consider this car

I don't trust this dealership at all. I brought my Subaru Legacy to Subaru North for a 100k mile service and a diagnostic for a check engine lights. I already knew the code that the car was triggering, a code for a bad O2 sensor. That is a $175 part. This dealership quoted for a full rip and replace of the catalytic converter and quoted $3800 for the part and labor with a total quote of nearly $6,000. When I pushed back on their quote, they were very condescending. I took the car to another mechanic and had the correct work done, including the 100k mile tune up for $2200. My car runs great. Be weary of this dealership. They are using suspicious service sales tactics to make up for low vehicle sales.

As a long-term Subie owner and customer of this dealership, I have to say I'm very disappointed in what I've seen since the new owners arrived at Subaru North Orlando in 2020. For example, they will no longer honor the lifetime oil changes I was supposed to receive with the purchase of my Forester. To get my free oil change now they say I also have to agree to do ALL their 'suggested' service items (at their inflated pricing). Guess the new owners don't like honoring old commitments so they can save a few dollars. Well, time for me to look for a new dealership when I buy my next Subie or have to service my current one.

Someone struck my car back on 9, February 2022. The vehicle was held up for almost a year because of Body shop mix up and supply chain issues.Zach at Subaru North Orlando was amazing. He went above and beyond and he took care of me from day one, until day 365.I would absolutely recommend Subaru North Orlando.

Great prices in genuine subie parts. Subie seal kit was the ticket for complete engine rebuild. They beat the original delivery date by two days. I love under promise but over deliver. That is rare today. Communication was excellent and well written. This is now my go to place for parts.

Terrible place to get your car serviced. Service advisors and techs are not respectful or considerate only care about money...

Ask them on the phone if they do quick oil change service and they say yes. Get there and your car sits for over a half hour without being touched. Then when you say anything they offer you your keys back. Never once even apologize or offer to say how much longer. They just say too bad if you don't like it. It's like customer service the Hades version.
