I live just a few minutes away from this Lowe's location, which is very convenient for me. I have been shopping here for the past seven months and have never had any issues. Based on my experiences, I would give it a five-star rating. This is my first review for this store and I hope your experience will be great as well. I have returned a few items and the process has always been simple and straightforward. However, I subtracted one star because one of the elderly employee directed me to an aisle to find my item but did not show me where it was. I had to ask another Lowe's employee for assistance.

Vilma was rude and barely said "hi" or smiled as we approached self checkout, I actually had to say hi to her first and she was staring right at me and my stepson, this is not the only rude encounter we have had at this location.. so disappointed.

I had a really great experience in Lowes today. My wife was needed paint mixed and the lady at the paint counter was awesome. She was helpful, quick and funny. She has my favorite job at the store. I also had a nice lady at the check out.

Went in to pick up an online order for my husband, which, of course was not ready. When I entered the store there was no sign that said "pick up" or the like. I saw customer service which said RETURNS all over, but no pick up. So I blew past that and went till I found a red jacket. Well, she sent me back to customer service. I entered the exit , of course, because I sure wasn't going to go back outside the store. I was not in line. Anyway, I finally got helped only to find out the order was not ready. I said, tell me what and where and I will get it. I was told aisle 59 bay 23 under Tools. Went there. Nothing. Stood around for about 5 mins and a nice older man asked to help. Showed him the picture and he went to a different 59 and picked the item (2 sections labled 59!). I walked it back to customer service and, you guessed it, it was not the right item. 30 minutes in the store! Finally the woman at CS got someone to go get the right item. The entire process was very frustrating. A sign would be nice, and since most of the people going into Lowes don't know anything, some experienced workers would be nice.

I was in search of items for a few products and Eriq helped me to find everything and explained how everything should work. He went outside his department to find products I needed and took my up to the register when we were done.I couldn't have asked for a better experience or associate to help me out!

I have never been disappointed by the customer service at this location. I will always try to see Scott if I can. He goes above and beyond when we visit to assist us. He is well versed on pretty much everything (not joking). From BBQs, Generators, different tools for different and unique products. Very patient and understanding. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you need assistance. We recently purchased the char broil grill on sale for $299.00, normal price is $349.00. Loved that it came with a griddle. One of the main reasons for our purchase. I do like how you can pay your lowes credit card right at the counter. Very easy and convenient. I feel they need to incorporate Apple Pay into their payment options. Surprised they did not incorporate this into their payment options. Our next visit, we look to see what their plant options as we look to fix up our front yard this summer.

Avoid this location. On an early Sunday with few customers in site, not a single employee stopped to help me locate grout supplies. After walking laps around the store a lazy cashier pointed in a general direction of an aisle to find a specific grout brush rather than use the walkie to call for help. I spent 15 minutes on a goose chase and found nothing. You could argue that Home Depot and Lowes are generally the same, but I always get help at the Lake Mary HD without having to beg. Also, the website makes it easier to locate things in the store. Definitely go here instead!

We've been to this location a couple times since moving to this area of town a few years ago. We went again today to get some plants and gardening supplies. I like Lowes because they support veterans which is important to me. This store is fine, I do not find it any better or worse than the other locations in Seminole county. We had an easy experience at self-checkout which is nice and the employee monitoring the area this morning was very pleasant.

I've had no issues with finding things that I'm looking for while here. With all the talk of supply chain shortages, I feel like everything I need is still available at Lowes. That's important!
