Alex has been so meticulous each step of the way as she goes through all the boxes of the tax forms. She spend time without rushing and checks her entry multiple times to prevent any error.
This is our first time with Liberty and we are very much satisfied with their service. I can say that they are a lot better than the competitor which we've been using for more than 15 years.

Friendly and polite from the moment I first called for my appointment. I had a more complex return and Alex was extremely patient. I had a lot of questions but I did not feel rushed. All my concerns were addressed. I had just met Alex and I felt like I knew her for years. I would definitely recommend her.
