All staff members were so kind and helpful. I was provided exceptional customer service and I have to admit I felt safe with having my taxes prepared with this company. Not to mention I did arrive AFTER business hours and they still welcomed me in to service me! Who you know doing that these days? I’ll wait. Yeah, no one other than Liberty Tax! You can trust this place for sure! A very much satisfied client!!

The WORST tax company to work with. I terminated my services with them and they withheld all my data, refused to give me access to anything regarding my company until I rehired them, very well knowing I would need it in order to move forward with another payroll company. DO NOT trust this business to have your best interest.

Too many hidden fees my tax return was $800 I ended up with 380 I called the girl Autumn who did my return I was so upset when I was talking to her I didn't hear what the first BS charge was that took my tax return from $800 to 644 then she says she usually charges people $275 but she gave me a deal by only charging me $150 then there was a $50 filing fee and a $50 processing fee talk about a rip off if you want to keep your hard-earned money do not go here

Liberty Tax in Sanford, Fl (on French avenue) took great care of me. Natasha and Linda were really helpful with my tax questions and were knowledgeable about taxes. I would refer anyone who wants to get their taxes done come to Liberty Tax to get the best refund!!

Liberty tax is a rip off. Last year lady told my boyfriend he was eligible for the 1400 stimulus. Did if he didn't get it to come in this year and they will help him. So he gets all his info together and goes in. They tell him he's not eligible, charge him 170.00 and tells him he owes the IRS 300.00. they never gave him he's tax papers from last year. They are so misinformed and very unprofessional. Do not get your taxes done by liberty tax. They will rip you off.
