Went in for a drug test today and was met with kind and professional people. The lady who attended me was very patient and considerate with me!

Just left there. The lady at front desk is the absolute worst customer service person ever. She was awful, rude, nasty etc. Makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Horrible experience

I read other people's post of people being rude,I've never experienced anyone being rude to me and I've been going there for years
