Incredible service. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what size to make a bracelet that was way too big for me. They had it resized perfectly and for a reasonable price. She was patient with how unsure I was and the gentlemen who called me to tell me it was ready was amazing. She even stayed open late for my wife to come pick up the finished product. 5 stars!

Please be wary of purchasing from these people! My fiancé bought an engagement ring from them during a Black Friday sale. The original price had been jacked up to give the impression that it was a good sale. The ring was poorly made; the inside of the band is crooked and outside is very itchy. Their diamond appraisal sheet was typed up (not GIA certified) and we’ve taken it to get appraised twice only to find that not all the diamonds are real despite their appraisal sheet claiming they all are.We wish we had been more careful and avoided them! We will be reporting them to the BBB.

I called L&K Jewelers to see if they could replace 3 batteries in 3 watches. After searching for weeks I was very happy that they were able to accommodate me. The pricing was reasonable and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

Mr. Larry is a great guy, he was very pleasant, honest and help me find exactly what I was looking for! Worked out a great deal and I will definently be back for more gold! Ring was sent out for fitting for 2x the original size and returned only a few days later beautiful as ever. Very very pleased!

From the minute I came in, to when I left, this location has been quite satisfactory. Jonathan took care of my girlfriend and I picking a promise ring out. He was able to negotiate a fantastic deal with his manager, Larry, to assist us with a specific budget. The ring we chose took less than a week to get professionally sized versus 2-3weeks with major retailers who send it to a third party. This place is lovely and will not disappoint. Thank you Jonathan and Larry!

Horrible service and cheap jewelry! My bf bought me a couple of rings from here for Christmas. They both had stones missing within two days. Took them back and he fixed them and had the nerve to tell me he would do it THIS TIME. Well i would hope so after having it for not even a week!!! So he fixed them I pick them up wear them again that same day the smaller ring is missing stones again!!! Take it back the next day!!! He says Im gonna have to charge this time!!! I call that terrible service and cheap Jewelry!!! I would just like my $$ back!!!!

One of the best jewelry store in Town, we were in town visiting friends and went to the mall looking around and we see the store called L and K jewellery, we purchesed a watch for me and a diamond ring for my wife, they were very friendly, professional we are very happy with purchase, we will do business again.
