I came to those location for some supplies. Of course I had a missed up order. But thanks to my super hero Trish Wilkes, she saved my day. She got it all fixed, in professional way and with a huge smile on top. Way you go super hero Trish. We need more employees like her. She's a model. This particular location of Johnstone Supply is located in Sanford, Florida and is convenient to both Interstate 4 and Interstate 417. It is only for licensed HVAC and refrigeration companies. As far as I know there are only two HVAC distributors in Sanford, so you have an few options if you want to save yourself a drive to either Orlando or Daytona Beach.

I'm a former long time employee of Carrier Enterprise Orlando Florida, I left and joined the Climatech Air team based out of Geneva a little over a year ago. Customer service makes the difference in every business's profit. The team at Johnstone Supply Sanford understands this. In over a year of working with them, I have not had a bad experience yet. I must give a big shout out to Brandon Wiseman as he is the Magic Man, he makes it happen.

The team at this location is awesome. Trish took the time to cross a motor and dual cap for me with little information.Couldn't get there before they closed so she made arrangements for that as well.My favorite HVAC supply store for sure.
