I love this store all the workers there are so helpful and they always ask customers if they need help. On top of that I’ll give a shout out to the management team for helping me out with my exchange and being very understanding the whole time. Extreme shout out for not backdooring too. I’ve been to the other shoe stores in the mall and their customer service was horrible. Every time I come to this Jimmy Jazz it’s always good vibes, good music and good customer service. Even with them not having everything they definitely do a good job with making the best of it!

Terrible store terrible management dont waste your time or hard earned money at this location period ! Notice how they respond to 5 stars but ignore bad reviews. This place is a joke.

I stop by this store everytime to see what they have because they get great shoes before they even drop. Dimitri always greets me and keeps me up to date on everything happening in the sneaker world. All the staff is friendly and helpful. More than just a sneaker store, this location is a true sneaker head heaven.
