First, I am disappointed with the level of service at the store. There was no one to help me in the Lingerie or the Footware Departments. The whole store only had two cashiers. My cashier was not even friendly. I was surprised that JcPenny had this low level of customer service. The Lingerie had a limited amount of bras in my size. The footware department did not even have a handful of wide sizes. This low inventory was very disappointing. Their clearance sales items are not priced to move. There is little reason to return to the store. I am wondering how long this going to last?

Salon experience was different. Went in with pictures. Stylist said she didn’t feel comfortable, cutting my hair because she didn’t want to screw it up? I was so outta there. How are u working at JCP salon? Shouldn’t you be pretty good at cutting hair? I would expect that response at great clips, not JCP. Eye ?️. When I told the salon manager, she said at least she was honest.? I wanted a short pixie cut. What happened to you JCP?

The salon is horrible. The master stylists have no skills and won't cut your hair the way you want to. They will cut it with what they think is best for them. Horrible experience paid $75 for haircut wash blow dry no style and tip.

Amazing staff ! Very pleasant, they listen when you tell them the style and cut you want and perfect it ! We will definitely return to this salon.

Haven't been to the salon in years because of a bad experience. Decided to give it another go and they messed up my hair again. All I asked was a simple cut across my long hair and now it's horribly uneven. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed now. Had it cut by someone who in their bio had 40 plus years experience but apparently can't cut in a straight line. I know I didn't go back for a reason. Shame on me.

After an extensive phone conversation with the mgr. I booked a 2 tone color for my granddaughter. After arriving, they refused to do the color and said she could make another appointment weeks away! Very unprofessional employees

I recently moved and placed an order without updating the address (obviously my mistake). I contacted customer service to update the address since the order hadn't shipped out. I was surprised at the response I received which was basically there was nothing they could do to help me.

I don't appreciate the counter service. Then when I questioned that I wanted color that does not wash out quickly the head master hairdresser laughed at me and said I can't help you right now even though she had a opening right then and there

Definitely an older location and has the look and feel to match. They have all the merch you're use to seeing at the chain, with the added bonus of older carpeting and design elements. It could use a facelift cosmetically but has what you need / want. The staff is friendly and always greets us when we come in. Bathrooms are kept clean and neat for the majority. Overall: B Standard merch, older location that could use a facelift, but nice staff!
