Customer service is prompt, polite and purposeful. Nothing is too much trouble. In their attempt to save me money, I was enrolled in the Mileage device. Unfortunately it drains the battery when not using the car for a short period. Thus forcing one to use miles! One cannot have it all, it seems.

I just wanted to thank this office for not doing there job. Been a client for 20 years and to be treated the way I was and not notifying me about a situation on a account that was a error for payment. Then dropping me for it. Instead letting us fix a minor error. Not a very personable office anymore. They use to be when I first joined. It's ok they did me a favor anyways. Found cheaper insurance and more coverage. Just be cautious in joining this location. They like to send post cards!!!

I have encountered great customer service, ownership of client issues and empathy with Natalie, another representative who I don't recall now and Luz.I am happy with the agency and would recommend to my clients and or family and friends.Allstate I am not too sure, I don't care for too much intrusion as it concerns privacy and the constant reminders to have an app monitor my driving or I lose my rate is a bit much, on this point the agency may lose my business as I will not be monitored by Allstate in this manner, alternatives may need to be explored for renewal.Thanks

The Allstate office my insurance is out of has a great team. I transferred from another company, and the office team made the transition easy. I spoke with several agents, and have since received calls just checking to see if everything was still good.

Working with Destiny Smith regards our auto insurance was a real pleasure. Young lady was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
