Customer service is prompt, polite and purposeful. Nothing is too much trouble. In their attempt to save me money, I was enrolled in the Mileage device. Unfortunately it drains the battery when not using the car for a short period. Thus forcing one to use miles! One cannot have it all, it seems.
I grew up and went to school right here in Central Florida. I am a hard working, honest individual. I am friendly, helpful and polite, have a great sense of humor. My family means the world to me and I love the opportunity to help others.
