Horrible customer service. I called to see if they carried a product and was treated very poorly. I live an hour away. It’s not unreasonable to call ahead and ask about stock of a specific item as to not waste my time traveling.

STAY AWAY!!! I'm new to the area and drove over 40 mins to check her store out. She was walking out the door and literally sized me up. She asked what I want and I told her I'm new 9n my spiritual and new to town. She told me "I could not enter her store and there is nothing in the store for me". She was EXTREMELY RUDE!! And insulated me so bad. I stayed polite and even while walking away She kept insulting me. I never felt so disrespected in my life. This lady is so rude and nasty for no reason PLEASE stay away for your own dignity and self pride.

If I could give her no stars I would. How in the world your have a store open ment to help others spiritually and turn them away the first and last time I went was when she had that store on the other side of 17-92 on French Ave Sanford I could believe how RUDE SHE WAS I WENT TO GET ME SONE ITENS FOR MY FIRST ALTER AND SHE ALSO SIZED ME UP AND SAID That I could not enterand PEOPLE LIKE ME CAN NEVER CONE TO HER BOTANICA. I WENT OFF ON HER when she said people like me how dare you be a botanica open to the public and treat me like that you should be closed for good

If I could give zero stars I would. No customer service; rude person answered the phone who called me stupid when I called to inquire about an item. Just because you are knowledgeable to know what I am asking does not make the customer stupid. If you are in a bad mood then don't answer the phone.

I went to this shop to get some items, I’m new to the area so I google a botanical shop near me a shop pop up I checked out pictures which I saw she had what I needed so I travel about a hour away to come , when I got there she talk to me from the door asking me what I wanted , wouldn’t let me (a customer) in and talked very rude and told me she can’t help me , I wouldnt Recommend this shop to anyone !!!

FIVE STARS!!! Amazing!!! The Best In Central FL, Mama R. is the realest spiritual worker in Central FL, Period. She's Honest, Helpful, Powerful and her work produces results. I want to dismantle the negative comments by saying she's not rude at all she's just someone who is serious about her work, so if you come to make a purchase, seek help/guidance or have spiritual work done just simply state that to her and she will most definitely help you succeed. I met her in late 2015, she gave me a check up and she told me what my problem was and offered me a fair price to help me and I accepted her offer and in just 9 days after my cleanse I saw massive results that helped repair my finances,spirit and family and Iv'e been hooked every sense. Be patient, Be honest and Be clear about what it is your looking for and I promise On GOD this woman does not Ever disappoint, also listen when she speaks and do what she's telling you that needs to be done, if you don't understand her because of her heavy accent just simply ask her to explain a little slower to you so you could have a better understanding. Yesterday I was going to come into the store and I was putting away my chips. The owner lady asked me what I was doing and I told her that I was going to come in to look around. She told me that I couldn't look around but come in to get what I want and then leave. Then I was like okay. She asked me what my age was and I told her.Then she said that I looked so young and then told me that I could come in and look. I told her that I will be coming on a different day. That was rude and she needs to learn how to treat customers before. No matter if the customer is old or young, then they should all be respected. I will stick to the spiritual shop in Downtown Sanford or the one in Sanford Mall.
