Dr. Jones and team are amazing! Discussed all options with us regarding our little kitten Bazinga's emergency and treatment plan. They also kept us updated via text while she was there and followed up the next day to make sure we had no concerns and she was improving. Thank you all for being so loving and attentive to our fur baby.

I was hesitant on taking my cat to the vet because I feel like I’ve been scammed by some vets in the past. The experience here was AMAZING! The doctor wasn’t in a rush and we got to have an in-depth discussion on my cat’s health. I also loved that they gave me all the costs up front and I got to choose what next steps I wanted to take. It was a great experience and I’ll be taking my other pets here now in the future. 100% recommend

My dog Scooby had his neuter and gastropexy done here. It went really smoothly and the staff worked patiently with my boy despite his anxiety and that he can be a butt head. From the check in to recovery, I felt they knew what they had everything under control. Dr. Abrego was very helpful in explaining the procedures. The staff was thorough in explaining his meds and recovery care I needed to do to insure his full recovery. He is all healed up and back to crazy rowdy self. Highly recommended.

Please make sure the vet that sees your pets does the physical exam in front of you.. Months after an annual exam that should’ve caught a large mass in my dog’s stomach, he is dead.
Heartbroken and angry.
Expecting a response that will discredit me. Whatever. I don’t care.
Damage is done. My beautiful golden boy is gone and died a horrific death.
Yep, this place has great reviews. Interesting. Glad all has gone well for others guess we are a special case.
But those reviews are why we went there.
Would give anything to go back in time.

Hoping this saves another pet owner from the horrible pain and grief that we have gone through, and the pain and agony our fur baby just went through.
We took our 9 year old golden doodle in 6 weeks after his annual exam for a skin infection and yeast odor. they wanted to collect $600 to run blood work we agreed and they provided an antibiotic.
We gave his first dose when we got home. 2 hours later Ricky couldn’t see, hear or stand. We immediately called and they said stop the antibiotic and bring him in.
We brought him in and before even taking him back to exam they wanted $900 to do more blood work..
we said we didn’t need that specific work bc it had already been done recently.
They had Ricky for hours not acting normal , said they put him in a crate and he banged himself into the wall and busted his lip. Ricky has never behaved in that manner ever or anywhere.
They did the blood work that we were made to do before they would even look at him and it all results came back normal.
They call me and told me he was fine and everything is normal. I come pick him up.
I immediately knew he couldn't see me or hear me. They said he is seeing fine. Night 2 he is disoriented he is running into walls and furniture. I call back and they say he needs to go to a Specilaist.
They could t get him in through their resources and we needed to wait till Monday
(keeping in mind they never reached out to us to check up on any of our visits)
They finally called on Tuesday not Monday like promised and were informed Ricky had passed on Sunday at emergency vet.

When at the emergency center the Doctor said right away he had a mass tumor in his abdomen and that the doctor should have known with any type physical exam.
He agreed the blood work for $900 was totally unnecessary had they just looked at the dog.
ER vet said Ricky was comatose and that more than likely, the tumor in his abdomen had metastasized to his brain.
At Integrated- First priority was COLLECT THE MONEY
Next was we are right even though we gave you your dog back blind and death. But told you he could see fine.
There was zero follow up of concern
Fourth he wouldn’t have to suffer 3 extras days had vet just touched his stomach. Not during annual exam just weeks before, or when brought in two days in a row, first with skin infection, next day after antibiotics seem to have escalated an issue
Again, professional reviewers will come back on this so proceed with caution with your fur baby good luck

I was taking my cat to another vet clinic and did not feel I was getting the best service and care so I decide to try Integrative Animal Hospital. I am so happy with my decision and I have now found my new permanent vet. The clinic is extremely clean and calm. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Marilee Hochstein was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything and offered different options. Very honest and caring animal loving staff. Lexi the Vet tech was so professional, gently, caring and understanding. She did an amazing job with my cat. I highly recommend taking your pets to this vet. I have been to many and this has been my best experience, they treat your pet like their own. Scribbles and I want to say a big thank you to the staff at Integrative!!!!
