“I like going here. Always something new. A bit pricy but since pier one is gone, this is a good place to get your fix. Food selections are international and good quality. Clearance items are usu well marked but not always. Love the soda selection and candies. Lots of Japanese options, too.”

“Courteous and helpful ladies who work at Ross in Sanford helped me find a great buy! In the WalMart plaza on 17-92 this Ross has good employees who care about your needs. I bought a Samsonite Andante 2 (22” wheeled duffel). This piece of exceptional luggage sells for 79$-89$ anywhere else. I purchased it for 19.99$ at this Ross. It wasn’t displayed in front where most luggage is found. The friendly ladies who worked up front this morning directed me to the middle section of the men’s department and there it was! Thank you ladies for exceptional customer service!! It was last minute on my way to a staycation in Orlando and I needed luggage but had limited time!! You made my day!!”

“Saturday before Christmas. What was I thinking?! Store was filled with people. Unfortunately, only one register was working, the other 5 had issues. Took about 30 minutes to get through the line. The cashier, Tara, was pleasant and smiling throughout and when I finally made it to the register. The line was just as long when I left as when I first got in line. Kudos to her for not cracking under the pressure and keeping her composure.

“Artho, the store manager in your Sanford location was exceptional. We came in with a section of laminate flooring we purchased six years ago. We needed to find something close to finish off two bedrooms. He gave us his undivided attention and helped us purchase flooring that is very close to what we purchased before. He also helped with securing financing with a Floor and Decor line of credit. RaeAnne checked us out. She was very sweet. A great experience all around.”
