It took 40 min trying to schedule the appointment. The person assisting me was so disconnected and poorly trained. At the end I gave up, no way am I going for the geek squad and run in to problems later.

Called store for appt, they verified my phone , made me appt, then ran me all the way over there, after waiting in line 10 min after appt, a very rude heavy set man with glasses told me they don’t have battery in stock ?? Then tried to accuse me not talking to them on the phone when clearly I did!! NEVER AGAIN , everyone in line was complaining about him

I purchased a,new laptop and was told it would mirror my old one!! Not even close they told me when I picked it up that is not in their pervue. They are the worst of the bad computer guys,

I had my laptop give me issues yesterday, and the Geek Squad helped me out. Jasmine helped me along with the process, and was professional and nice to me. Highly recommend the Geek Squad for any help with one's computer.

We had an issue with my grandpa's new Lively phone that had everyone stumped. Brought it to Dylan at the Geek Squad and he was so helpful! He had it fixed with ease and even helped put on a new screen protector for him. Can't recommend Dylan any more.

Spent $400 to buy something as of surprise for a relative. I opened a credit card to get a discount.. I think the problem is this relative had me on their card, my name and phone number. I barely made it home and this relative called and said did you buy XX for $400 to be shipped to you tomorrow? I hope I deflected the question and this will still be a surprise.. But why would Best Buy send my private information to someone else? This card was opened solely in my own name today. If this person is notified of delivery, the item is being returned .

This review is for customer service the items were purchased on-line I purchased a tv and sound bar to be delivered and installed The installer advised no sound bar was on the install order but it was not an unusual occurrence he had run into the situation before but would make adjustments to the order. I was missing a piece to connect the sound bar to my fire stick the installer advised get the piece and call for appointment. Calling geek squad customer service is like calling a brick wall. I was told the work order did not include sound bar so for an additional 99.00 I could get the sound bar installed. I asked for a manager and in a voice mail was told" no free installation " My opinion if you need install service run from using this company. They have pathetic customer service

I want to compliment Best Buy/Geek Squad for having two amazing knowledgeable courteous young men at your Sanford, FL store. Rey Jean and Dylan Greenhall did for us what AT&T (two different offices) couldn't do. We have tried since Sept 24 to have our data transferred from our old phones to the new ones. All we got was run around. In 40 minutes these young men had our data transferred. These two need a raise and a promotion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone to this Best Buy 3 times and all experiences were horrible. First time it took forever for someone to come and help (in there for 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged me). Second time was followed around the store by the extremely rude guy who stands by the door. The last time was today. Had questions about air fryers and despite the many employees walking around nobody could help. Asked someone at the desk for help getting one down off the shelf and nobody would help. So many employees in there yet nobody available. Was in there for 20 minutes and not one person greeted us or asked if we needed help. Even if they are busy a 'Hi' or some kind of acknowledgment would have sufficed but nothing.

August 19 / 23 I was in the camera section looking for a specific SD Micro, there were no more devices left, an employee (vida,she's name ) passed by me and gave me excellent customer service, she searched the store for what I was looking for and found it ,so I was able to buy what I was looking for and I am very grateful for it ,

We came to this store to purchase Beats for my son. I see a bunch of blue shirts walking around. Some are helping customers. I go to the front of the store to ask a guy if there's someone that can open the locked case where the beats are at. This guy was rude and said I need to go to one of register areas and just wait for someone. As we're waiting, blue shirts are walking by looking at us but not interested in helping us. While my husband is at one register, I go to another register where a worker is helping a customer. The worker calls someone for help. I thought he was calling him over to help me since he was working with his customer on scheduling issue. The guy just helped him and left. I finally see my husband finding a worker. Very disappointed at their customer service. The store was quite empty so I figure they'd want a sale. Maybe it wasn't a big sale, but it was a sale. For this location, do better!

Second time visiting this store and the customer service is just not there, we went in to see the tv's and we spend 45min in the tv section looking around and competing a few of them and waiting to talk to someone and nobody showed up or even try to ask if we needed help. It is a very small Best Buy and the store layout is a little weird. They don't have great selection of things and again their customer service sucks

Ina and Geek Squad perfect is excellent she explained to me , I only had one computer the Chromebook is not a computer it's in an entity by itself it doesn't accept a lot of apps , Ina is very knowledgeable very personable and listens to everything you say so she can get it right.

Your better off shipping at Walmart. Where you can get a 30 return on electronics. Best Buy only offers a 15 day return period. They wouldn't even offer a credit in the store!
