“I have to say I've been to many Fifth Third branches in my time, but this location stands out above all others and it's not the location that makes it so unique. There are 2 women at this location who make the experience worth the travel. The level of professionalism and attentiveness they demonstrate go above and beyond an average customer experience! Do not deposit your money at Regions Bank in Lake Mary!!! I had a serious issue with my deposit then got the run around.
Deposit it in Sanfords. Never had an issue at the Sanford branch”

“I can't speak for the rest of the bank but Katrina is amazing. She transferred from another bank and we followed her over. Very competent and helpful, and in general a super nice person. While I was there another customer was engaging the teller, making jokes and having a good time. I like that management was ok with that and didn't try to rush her into being "productive" instead.”
