Artho, the store manager in your Sanford location was exceptional. We came in with a section of laminate flooring we purchased six years ago. We needed to find something close to finish off two bedrooms. He gave us his undivided attention and helped us purchase flooring that is very close to what we purchased before. He also helped with securing financing with a Floor and Decor line of credit. RaeAnne checked us out. She was very sweet. A great experience all around.

My truck was damaged by the loader of this store. Their insurance company has been very unresponsive in repairing the damage caused by store employee. I have received the estimate but they are not paying out for the damage they have caused to my vehicle.
