This place is amazing。The manager, Ms. Elizabeth helped us to take a Chinese passport photo twice . Since the requirement is very strict, she tried her best to do it! She and her colleagues are all very professional and helpful!

This store is lucky to have Chris and Tee! Chris helped me with my son’s shipment and was so pleasant. I asked him about job opportunities for my son and he said, “This is a great place to work. It feels like family” I felt his genuineness in that statement. Good people are hard to find and when you do, keep them! Great job FedEx Rinehart!

The young gentleman who works up front accepting packages has the kindest personality. I’ve been here a few times to drop off packages and I just want to say he is always so pleasant and has the best personality. I wish I was able to get his name but I just want you to know that how he treats customers is so wonderful.. he really brightened my whole day. Thank you for everything you do :)

Drivers falsifying information claiming attempts that NEVER happened. I'm sitting home all day because an 21+ signature is required. Missing work, I have cameras. NO ONE EVER CAME! Now I'm being told we'll try again another day sit at home and wait

Only 2 workers and there were about 10 customers that all needed something a little different. Unfortunately I couldn't wait more than 10 minutes, all I needed to do was to picked a poster print but none of the other customers nor I received any recognition or were told we would be helped soon, nothing. I suggest hiring more employees, having more employees at busy times, and better customer service.
