I have had issues with non delivery on a couple of occasions - and because the packages are always frozen goods, they are delivered the following day and the food is unusable - this is the reason I am only giving a 4.
Yesterday, once again, my package was misplaced. I called in and spoke to a lady called Monique. She offered to go into the warehouse and search for my package. After 2 hours of searching, she found my goods and called me to come and pick them up - at 6:30 in the evening.
Monique, you are an absolute star and Fedex need to keep you at all costs - its difficult to find service like that these days.

Drivers falsifying information claiming attempts that NEVER happened. I'm sitting home all day because an 21+ signature is required. Missing work, I have cameras. NO ONE EVER CAME! Now I'm being told we'll try again another day sit at home and wait

If I could leave zero stars I would - this Fed Ex ground center has delivered my packages to the wrong address multiple times. I have opened missing package claims, only to have Fed Ex close them and say they can't find the package. Maybe try to find drivers that can actually read address and street signs.

I waited outside in the cold for 4 hours the expected time that I was supposed to get my delivery that time came and passed even an hour and a half afterwards I was still waiting and that was for standard.

Last Saturday I've noticed that the package I was waiting is marked as "delivered" when in fact it was not delivered. I called the office, a person took all info and said that they will try to find it ASAP. Next day (Sunday) the package was delivered to my door. Thank you so much for a quick correcting of this mistake. I appreciate it.

Worst place on earth, my package sat in a trailer for 2 days and they won't get it for me. I needed it on time for work when I travel, now I'm going to be fired. They didn't care at all
