Overpriced rates for paint protection film ,(PPF), caliper paint, and wheel powdercoating which is done by Raven powdercoat. The way this shop sells service is like being at a used car lot - fast, rude, no explanations, too busy to answer any questions, always upselling, and extremely quick to take a deposit to move onto the next customer.
A few big PPF pieces on my full car were not aligned during install even after being cut by a machine. I had to have a few sections redone. A plastic trim piece was cracked during install, I had to buy a new OEM piece. Several big gaps on a "machine cut" PPF. I was never given an option to purchase a hand cut PPF. Would have preferred to pay extra instead of massive gaps on a machine cut PPF with vertical lines where the PPF meet together. The focus seems to be on doing things fast, but not right.
It's always a game of back and forth phone tag, wasting a customers time to get the right person on the phone since they refuse to give a quote over text or email. This leads me to believe that their rates are variable depending on who owns the vehicle and how much a customer is willing to pay for the same service. They do not value a customers time.
Even a 20 minute job requires you to drop off your vehicle overnight, with an early day drop off and a late evening pickup, so it can be displayed in their showroom for other customers to see or on their lot facing the street.
I paid $550 for a carbon fiber part from Japan and paid $400 to have it covered by Paint Protection film by Empire. A 4 inch by 20" piece. Before I could even finish my sentence, they wanted a credit card to hold a spot because they gave me a "repeat customer discount ".
Called another shop and got a quote for HALF of Empire, but Empire already had taken my deposit. It wasn't even done right at Empire, they used a factory part computer cutout to cover an overlay carbon piece with 5mm exposed on the entire carbon piece. Then they wanted me to pay another $200 to get rid of the 5mm gap to have it redone. What a rip-off!!
I highly recommend Tinterz for your Paint Protection needs, talk to Diana. She is amazing, friendly, replies by texts and is respectful of a customer and their time. Wish would have gone there the 1st time instead of wasting my time and money at Empire for poor service and poor product. I like to give a shop a chance to fix issues, but unfortunately Empire wasn't it for me. When others PPF shops say they're sorry for the quality of product I received at Empire, you get an idea of how horrible their work is.

Had my new Honda Pilot windows tinted. Scheduling was easy. They did a great job. Very happy. Took my car in on time and finished the job faster than originally estimated. Very efficient.

A great company to have your prized vehicle pampered. I had my 2024 Vette wrapped with paint protection film, windows tinted, Scrape Armor skid protector and radiator grille guards installed. The job was done professionally and my vette came out better than it went in. You can trust your vehicle with them. I am a client for life!

I made my appointment from researching on Google. They answered me back super quick. I had a mishap my first appointment and let me tell you, Dottie!!! Now if do not have an admin like her answering your phone, try and find one. Super super awesome and friendly. She tried really hard to make it work for me but I had a lot going on. Libra brain…when I finally got to my appointment the following Friday, it’s big and open and I really did not know as much as they do because I was only looking for tint. And the music ? ! FREESTYLE…I felt so welcome and stayed the entire time, after my gym time mind you(I did not want to be late). Thank God the place was so big. ??. I was working on my drawings trying to listen to my Dubstep. Yea no. We know what we did. Anywho, I was talking to Dottie like we were Beasties. People who REALLY know me know I am so antisocial. Thanks to my meds and my fans. JK but go get you some of WHATEVER they have. Professional, clean and definitely feeling the family vibe. I would give them more ⭐️ stars ⭐️ if they had them. Let’s FLOOD those appointment schedules people…❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had two Tesla’s tinted and wrapped in paint protective film. The sales manager was very responsive from the start. Matched pricing and accommodated drop off requests. Unfortunately, they could not get our vehicles done right. Had to take them back 3 times and then I stopped going. They don’t return calls or texts. They may have price matched, but the quality of work was not good and the headache and disruption to our life was not worth it.

Empire Auto is an exceptional PPF/ Coatings installer on Ronald Raegan.
I had a PPF install done on the nose and front bumper of my truck by a different installer. A yr later the film failed, became cloudy and needed to be replaced. Eastman reimbursed me for the original SunTek film and installation cost.
I went to Empire for a removal estimate as the film had to come off so as not to damage clearcut.
My only issue was the original estimate was almost double two others I had obtained. When contacting them spoke with Dottie who was absolutely awesome and indicated wld check with owner. Waited almost 6 weeks and several calls without response until Dottie got answer from owner and informed didn't want to do job.
Understand totally their a busy installer and not wanting to take time doing small job.
Just wish had been told upfront vs waiting for 6-8 weeks.
But a good dealer.

I’m own a detailing company in Conway, SC. I was traveling for work and wanted to get my vehicle cleaned while in the area. I called they accommodated us exceptionally well, everyone was nice and personable. They were kind enough to give us a brief tour of the facility. It was a great experience through and through. Most importantly, the detail was done well. As a detailer, I’d recommend Empire Auto Spa for your automotive reconditioning needs.

I just wanted to share my experience with Empire Auto Spa. I called them to do some wrap work for me on my F150 (Black out the chrome). Upon finishing our conversation they required a little more then 1/2 the money up front 695.50. Upon talking with them further they said that the door handles and mirror caps could be an issue (durability wise) so I told them that I decided not to go forward with the rest of the wrap and to just refund me the money they took up front. It has now been four days and they still have not refunded me the money and they have done zero work for me. I have called them four different times and STILL NO REFUND. They were damn quick to pull the money from my account though, if this is how they do business I am thankful that I didn't have them do any work on my vehicle. They seem awfully SHADY to me, as of this writing I STILL HAVE NO REFUND AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR ME OTHER THEN WASTE MY TIME. Just an update still no refund I guess they are in the business of stealing peoples money, just FYI for any future customers DO NOT give them any money up front OR ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION (which is what I did unfortunately) they will steal from you. The credit card fraud department has my case and will deal with these people BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I have placed a complaint with the BBB against this company as well . I just want people to know who they are dealing with here, a bunch of thieves with zero integrity. Another update they have informed me about their so called no refund policy through the BBB complaint I put In, never mind that this was never told to me not once until it showed up after they charged my card without my consent on the receipt... they will not tell you about it and they will not refund you even if you have no intention of ever using them . Even though the owner told me he would refund my charges after I canceled. This has been the single worst experience I have ever had with a business in my entire lifetime. Hopefully my CC company will see this business for what is it a SCAM and reverse the charges. UPDATE 10/2022 I received all my money back from the credit card company and not these SCAM artists, it took a while but Visa ruled in my favor and I received a full refund. Nice try dirt bags , good luck with your garbage business. I hope you reap everything you sow with your lies and scams. As to anyone reading this long review all I have to say is... Run away from this place as fast as you can! Also just for the record this is not a fake review , apparently the owner likes to now state he has been getting "fake" reviews.... that should in itself be a Red Flag to potential new customers... no one is going to waste their time writing reviews for no damn reason In my opinion.

The staff at Empire really assisted me in having protective film applied to my Lexus which greatly enhanced protection to key areas from chipping, cracking etc. Their work is top notch, and treated my car like it was their own. Highly recommend them to other seeing to protect or customize your automobile. They won't disappoint, and stand by the quality of their work! Great business to work with for sure!

Everyone, do your homework! After you do, go straight to Empire Auto Spa! They have the knowledge, experience, and the quality products you need to protect your car for years to come. Please don't go to any fly-by-night person working out of their home. You will not get the warranty or the service you would if you went to Empire Auto Spa. Don't end up like me. Fortunately, Empire Auto Spa is here to save me!!!!
