I walked with just the expectations of fixing my phone and came out of there with so much more. He told me about a protection plan they offered for cellphone and made me realize that I was paying way more with my cellphone company. I immediately canceled with my cellphone provider and took the protection they offered at there store for way cheaper. He saved me $150 a year!
