Great overall experience. Second time purchasing from Drivers Mart and third time from the Holler family of dealerships. No hassle. Low pressure. My salesrep (Hany) was pleasant and friendly. Vehicle (Ram 1500) was well priced and trade in offer was fair. Smooth paperwork (mostly digital), Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Fabio Super Super is a great salesman. I appreciate the attention to detail he had done prior to test driving the car. He sent me a video recording with all the details of the car which was very helpful and I have to admit, I’ve never seen it done before. I would strongly advise staying away from this dealer… we had $9,000 cash for a down payment and they kept asking for more and more money for a truck and tried putting us into a suv with 75,000 miles on it.. we went to Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram and got a gorgeous 2022 Truck for less down… AVOID DRIVERS MART

I am inspired to write this review because of Driver's Mart attorney Frank Hamner. I worked there for almost 6 weeks, June 22nd to August 8th. Nobody had more reviews than me, Nick is my middle name, 30 of those days I sold cars, the other days I was off duty or we were closed. I sold about 21 cars and received 43 5 star reviews. I was praised both verbally and in writing for my performance. I was fired for standing up for a customer who's brakes failed. I met them at 10:00 p.m. just about an hour after they took delivery of their new Jeep. I had the vehicle towed back to the dealership and the following day I was criticized and fired for my actions. Almost 25 to 35 percent of the cars that I sold have had very very serious either safety or mechanical issues. Many customers have called back yelling pleading, complaining and we do nothing to help them. This place sells cars cheap, and there's a very simple reason why, they spend the bare minimum on reconditioning an overlook safety and mechanical issues to maximize profit. They won't let you take the car to be inspected by a mechanic before you buy it but they give you 5 days to bring back the car if something happens. I have been in and out of the car business since 1978 and I can assure you nothing much happens within 5 days. Not to mention you can put a very inexpensive Band-Aid on a very serious problem to make it last for 5 days. I was told verbally in person and over the phone as well as via email if I cease and desist and decide not to protest the dealership or pursue any legal action regarding
age discrimination, and no more putting up any negative reviews I will get the additional money owed to me.I have a video tape and several audio recordings of Thomas Zimmer berating me in front of several co- workers because I am a senior citizen. I also have 2 witnesses, one is an employee there and the other quit for his own reasons of dissatisfaction. I don't know about you but it almost sounds like driver's Mart is trying to buy me off with my own money just to keep me quiet. Help me make a difference and stand up to social injustice at a place where buying a car can be a big risk. Where senior citizens are not only not valued but flat out ridiculed. I have posters and plan to picket and protest peacefully until local media arrives. I will stop my protest when I get the money I earned.Potential employees beware potential customers beware._??????????
