Management sucks !!! Don’t work here unless you want to be overworked and underpaid . No bonuses for your hard work just lunch every now and lots of verbal appreciation but no monetary gains !!! And don’t buy any cars from here unless you want to pay for an overpriced used car that more then likely has oil leaks and or transmission issues . Not to mention the bumpers they love to “plastic weld” together ? !!

The place was a nice place, great used cars as used cars go... The Bank they deal with is very picky. I had one week off due to a department change and I was in the process of being trained in a new department because I work at home they let me have a week off so they can switch all my logins and sign on.. The Bank they used saw it as something bad. so I couldn't get a car there but. the gentleman there was kind enough to refer me to KIA. and I got a BRAND NEW 2023 Rio S so it was their loss and my gain..

DONT PURCHASE A CAR HERE THEY DO NOT PROPERLY INSPECT THEIR VEHICLES! The car I purchased was hazardous and the engine blew up into flames with all my belongings in it. THE WARRANTY IS NO GOOD BECAUSE IT COVERS NOTHING WHEN I WAS TOLD IT COVERS ENGINE COMPONENTS! BRIDGECREST IS A SCAM AND THE AMOUNT OF INTEREST THEY CHARGE IS THE SAME IF NOT MORE THEN THE ACTUAL PROCE OF YOUR VEHICLE ! There’s no way a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta should blow up into flames after 7 MONTHS OF HAVING IT
