We have communicated with you and designer has sent over several proofs for approval - no order has been made for the ice-cream Cup or deposit made. the design, fees county, contractor was $3500.00 not $4000.
We have also advised to set up appt and come meet with us; we have done work in the past for you and worked very well on your Car topper we manufactured.
With this said and, in several messages, we want to work with you as we did before, we did send designs that were worked up to you for approval. We do many props for outdoors and never have had any issues with approvals with city. Thank You

UPDATE: The invoice I received does NOT say that shipping will be billed at the time of service, and invoices were not provided, even after I called and spoke to you twice. Bottom line, you used my credit card number to charge directly to UPS, which you did not have authorization to do.Props are great quality, BUT....I was charged $170 shipping with my initial order. Upon receiving my credit card statement, there were additional charges from UPS for shipment of these items (totaling a couple hundred dollars in shipping). After looking into it further, Dino Rentos Studios used my credit card, without authorization, to create shipping labels for my items, even though I had paid for shipping with my initial purchase. There was no indication on their website or original receipt that additional shipping charges may apply. Bottom line, they fraudulently used my credit card to pay UPS to ship my items and are not making it right. Janice was extremely nice while I placed my order, but has been unresponsive in dealing with this unauthorized charge.

I’ve been awaiting a refund for half a year now. This ‘manager’ Janice gives every excuse for the postalservice possible claiming it’ll be received the next few days always. Been 6months now lol. Horrible.

My partner called regarding a quote for a Logo Sign , the office was so helpful , she got back to me the same day . Your work is exceptional and the service I received from the office was right on . Thank You for all the help you provided and options . I spoke to one of the owners, she was very detailed , explained everything .. The pictures you sent over and examples awesome job .We now will go into review. It will take a few days, talk to you soon.

Our church in New York had some Custom 3D Letters manufactured , they turned out fabulous , we sent pictures to them to let them see the final result The great thing was the customer service was excellent , the owner was able to save us on these special edition letters instead of the regular price Foam letter , she explained these are great for church and school events , they were used in our church auditorium , they looked really good Great Service from time of order to shipping process . With our facility being closed during Covid we needed something reasonable priced and a good time frame , they met all criteria .We will order again very soon , trying to get our 2021 planned .

Thank you so much for the protective gear! The face shields are as clear as a sheet of glass and the vent keeps the shields from fogging up. My colleagues and I feel as though we are protected while we are face-to-face with our students.

BEWARE!! The President of this company is untrustworthy. Most reviews are formed from friends and family. Be aware...if you trust them with your money, they will not stand behind their word. Do not pay one dime ahead of everything being produced and delivered. The owner owes me over 10K, for almost 2 years now!! Has claimed a check was coming....weekly! Just got word that the owner claims they don't have the money...not good business practice as far as I'm concerned...

Disappointed in the quality of the product and their customer service. I spent $153 for something that was not at all what I expected based on the description online. After receiving the item, I reached out by email to resolve and was told twice that I would receive a call from customer service. That call never came. I ended up having to order from another company. Save your money and time, and look elsewhere.
