I highly recommend this place! The staff at Best Vets Animal Hospital (BVAH) took care of all my pets' needs. Sally and Sophia were friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor put my cats and dogs on the necessary treatment and care plans.

I was looking for a vet for my mother and came across the doctors picture on their website. I’m pretty confident she’s from Suffield animal hospital many years ago and if I remember correctly she was in the news and had to leave abruptly.

This vet is so helpful and caring! Doc was great and Sally is the best! They answered all my questions. Sally helped with recommendations and made sure to walk me through everything! She made my dog feel comfortable and took great care of her while we were here. Thank you!

after spending, literally thousands of dollars, these folks obviously cared a great deal about our cat and went far beyond the call and had him back to normal (from what we thought was his deathbed!) and continued to follow up by phone to make sure he was was OK.

THEY CARE! For too long was our dog suffering with itchiness, unsure sure if it was allergies or something more. Other offices didn't showed they cared and even delayed her getting the help she needed. Her anxiety was up and self confidence outside of the home was down. They sat with us for 2 hours and went over the concerns, what we tried in the past, educated us and even took the time to help our Sadie get more accustomed to being there by taking interacting with her and taking her around the facility. And Sadie did amazing! We need more doctors and vet techs like this. Thank you!

I took my 16 1/2 year old dog for what I thought was a visit for bravecto flea medicine and heartworm injection. I was taken into exam room and the attendant told me he was taken Bella to the back. When he returned with my dog , the doctor peeked into room and said “ she will feel fine now” and I said why as she was already fine. She said the Librela shot and I said I did not authorize that shot. The attendant was then with me and to tell me what I owe and offering a plan. I said what if something happens to my old dog and he said it would be refunded.
That evening my dog couldn’t lay down or straighten her legs for hours I laid on the floor trying to comfort her. She had no problem prior. I was researching online and saw how some dogs had serious issues and I was afraid I would loose her.
So I was emailing during the night and received a call from another attendant and I told her how I was not there for a
Librela shot as I had rejected it before and never planned on giving to my dog. I told her I wasn’t told about the shot before the attendant took her out to the back. She didn’t believe me and said she would review the camera’s!!!! I said do what you have to do. Asked if I would hold 5 min and she never came back. I called 4 hours later and was told the manager was handling an emergency and would call me backs it’s 5:30 and no call back. I want the money returned for the Librela and I will be moving my dog to another vet. Very disappointed and upset at how they took advantage of me a 70 year old with a loving love of my life dog.

The only vet I'll take my animals to, they helped my dog Ed when my other vet gave us a runaround and said he was allergic to grass without even so much as an allergy panel. Dr. Wilson and her staff take their patients very seriously and knows her craft very well.

I am very impressed with B.E.S.T VETS Animal Hospital. The office is clean and neat and the staff is kind and very helpful. When my dog Shadow had an emergency my vet could not see us that Friday morning , not until after the weekend. So I called around and the technician at B.E.S.T VETS told me if we could get there in the next 30 minutes they would squeeze us in. The whole staff was amazing and Dr. Wilson gave us such a great feeling. After bloodwork and X-Rays we did not expected the outcome off all the tests , I was very grateful that they were able to take care of my boy Shadow and give me all the results of the tests, Dr. Wilson advised us to see a specialist at Blue Pearl because they have more and advanced medical tools. I know it is hard to make an appointment with BP but thanks to Dr. Wilson we got in right away. B.E.S.T VETS followed up constantly to make sure Shadow was OK. B.E.S.T VETS ANIMAL HOSPITAL really care about your pets. Always up-front what treatments options and costs are. Dr. Wilson took the time to instruct me on after care and how to administer Shadows medicines, so I could be sure to give the correct doses. She listened to my concerns and made sure I understood my options. Dr. Wilson, vet tech and receptionist are the kindest, sweetest people I have ever met at a vet office. Thank you to everyone in this office for being so kind and loving to my boy Shadow

Dr . Wilson goes above and behind even when going through her own medical issues. She was in contact via her laptop from her own hospital bed. If that doesn't show she cares for her patients!!!!!

After years of looking for a vet that I felt comfortable with to care for my “Nugget,” I came across Dr. Wilson and her staff. Because of her commitment and taking the time to “just be sure,” she was able to safe my pups life by removing a melanoma from her head……we are blessed to have found BEST Vets and I refer friends, family, and strangers out of pure comfort in knowing that they will receive the same love and care that we do!
