StateFarm recommended this place to me and I'm so glad they did! I was in a collision and as soon as I sent in a request for an appointment, they were calling me to schedule. They updated me on every step and were very informative, responsive, and professional. I can only imagine the couple low reviews here are twisting the stories and/or were calling and acting like complete jerks, lol. It did take <1 week longer than they originally estimated, but for the job they did, I'm not even mad. The work done was phenomenal- my cars looks BETTER than before the collision. My bumper clips/vents were broken from a separate incident and they fixed it all just because they're awesome. They also cleaned the interior for free. Anthony is the man! Highly recommend this place, hopefully won't be back but this is where I'll be if need be.

Don't take your vehicle to this place to get paint and body work it will be a nightmare they mismatch my front and back bumper my car was in better condition before I took it there they have my car looking like something that should be in a circus with this flip paint you have to look at it in a different angle or in the sun so it can blend in.Anthony is the biggest conartist, liar and unprofessional he shouldn't be allowed to be employed at no collision shop

Horrible. YOU WERE WARNED.!!! They will lie to you about anything and everything. Read the other bad reviews. There is a pattern of horrible service. They went way over the expected deadline to fix the car. Nobody keeps you updated. I wonder where they get their parts from. The ac that worked before now did not. Waited 2 hours in waiting room while they said they were fixing it, to be told at 5pm their machine is broken. The next day told new compressor was broken. Needed more time. Then, i come back again the hood has huge gap between the bumper.Then, promised to detail car and pay for one day rental. A month later .I am still waiting. They wont even respond to their bad reviews.

The worst collision center ever… they are not responsive, they lost your car and then have you waiting for over a month for a phone call… Anthony the “manager” is not responsive, responsible or professional at all. And they treat you as garbage when you are calling to get information. A total waste!! Terrible service! I can only imagine the bad quality on the repairs.

UPDATE
after taking the car on a longer drive , it was humming and shaking uncontrollably. I brought it back to Toyota on Saturday and they told me it should be ready on Monday since there’s no techs on Saturdays to work on cars. . Well it’s Monday 4:30pm, they gave me no update at all. Until I called them and they told me they need to ORDER a tire that should’ve been replaced before they released the car to me. The collision manager Ed did a great job at handling this situation and helped me out getting all four new tires after my insurance has paid for the one that wasn’t replaced. Ed discovered one of my rims were bent and threw one in for free. When I picked the car up it was still humming from the right side , they replaced the wheel bearing on the wrong side but I am bringing it on Monday to get replaced. Ed was very involved in this mistake and immediately took control over the situation to fix everything. I appreciate Ed & Seminole Toyota Collision for making it right despite having to bring the car back two different times.
I was involved in a not fault accident. I bought this car from Seminole Toyota and based off my buying experience I knew i definitely wanted it fixed here. They immediately got a tow for it , ordered the parts, and $8,000 of damages were fixed in less than two weeks of having the car , only 8 days after receiving parts. My car looks and feels brand new, I can’t believe how they totally fixed this thing. Thank you Alex (receptionist) Ed and all the mechanics from Seminole Toyota Collision Center. I hope none of my friends ever need any work done, but if they do I will definitely be referring Seminole Toyota Collision Center. Last photo is the day I picked the car up. You can’t even tell anything happened! They also put in keep clean floor mats.

I worked with Anthony Jr when my truck was in an accident and needed repair and he made the process SO much easier and everything was clear, communicated and swift. Absolutely recommend working with him if you can.

We were very happy with the repairs made to our vehicle. Anthony V was our go to person and he did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. We were also impressed that they cleaned the vehicle before returning it to us. Great job Anthony we appreciate all you did for us.
