Alyssa didn’t help me find the product that I came in store to purchase that online said was available. Her excuse was la girl products are new by a few months so “I don’t know.” Then I came into the store with my lipstick smeared from eating on my hand and she had the audacity to ask me if I was swatching in store. I literally came in for eyeshadow and didn’t even look at lip products. I was only trying to spend my birthday reward. What a horrible experience! I will be returning my purchases and going back to Walgreens. I come to this store constantly and I never seen anyone but me buying makeup and I always end up with dried or old products. I sincerely hope you rectify the matter as you are going to continue to lose customers. If she doesn’t want to work she should work somewhere else because all I gained from this interaction was complete and total disrespect.Then I see this displayed?

There is never anyone to speak with when you need help. Their phone system is so messed up my doctor can’t even speak with anyone. There is zero management at this store and you can’t get even the simplest questions answered.

Two days in a row I went to pick up my meds and had to wait 30 minutes. I’m the only car there in the car line. This is ridiculous.

My husband's prescription should have taken an hour to fill. I explained that he had just had a procedure and was in pain. Told them I'd come inside to wait. They filled the rx, accepted my prescription savings card and sent me on my way in 15 mins with more than 50% in savings (Thank You GoodRx)! Really friendly staff back there. I'm impressed!

I was so happy that Denise was able to assist me in maneuvering the screen to make copies from my phone. She was one of the nicest & most informed team member that I have encountered at CVS.

Kalind was very rude I first called on the fhone and my prescription was due for alprazolan and they keep saying different things ,fist Kalind said he disinterested have it. Then he said i pick it up at another cvs. Kalind said he will called me back he never did so I went to the store and after two hrs he finally fulled for me charging me $ when I was there picking med 2 days ago and sunshine cover everything. So to finally not go to the hospital I had to pay cash . My advice ck the reviews off the farmacie u pick cause it could be really sad

Very bad drive through service.
They do that on purpose , each car takes approximately 15 minutes to pick up prescription. No customer inside even.
They are very slow

The pharmacy techs ignore people waiting in drive-thru if there are customers in the lobby. They never answert he phone. Avoid this place if you can.

I have picked up medications several times and observed how the pharmacy handles the drive through window. Any time there are customers in the store, the window is ignored even when they are mid transaction with a customer at the window. They will process in store customers only, ignoring the window for an hour at a time without indicating to the drive through that it really should be closed since they are understaffed. They play with peoples time here. Listen to the bad reviews and get another pharmacy, there are several in the area. Zero stars.
