Visited CVS and the customer service was the best Tatiana should be recognized for her helpfulness,smiles at her customers and all around pleasurableness..thanks CVS for having such a great employee..I will be back!!She also gave me a inspirational word of encouragement..helped make my day better!!

This is a great CVS! They always have an attentive staff that works really hard. I've been in other pharmacies where they don't acknowledge me at all. Cheers to the register girl who never got frustrated.

Consistently... this pharmacy cannot line up their stories. Their texts say one thing, their automated services another, and then something completely out of left field when you speak to a pharmacist. My son is on a very specific medication. They claim that they cannot order it until the day it is supposed to be filled. WTH? This leaves us scrambling every month. They say they cannot stock it because it's a controlled substance (non-narcotic) but offer to check other local CVS stores to see if they have it... this completely contradicts what they tell me every time that they do not have his meds. How ridiculous. I'm talking about a life or limb medication, not something simple that a dose can be missed. You are a number to them. Not a patient. Shame on me for continuing with them. This month is probably my breaking point...and I will most likely transfer my family's scripts elsewhere. I'd love for their corporate to respond to this message. I'd welcome a call.

Mr. V is always so accommodating when I walk in through CVS. Any questions I have about A product or an item that I’m in need of, he’s so kind and helpful to assist me. Kudos to Mr. V. Keep up the good job!

The CVS store is just a few minutes away from my house, and I usually find it easy to get in and out quickly, with all the items that I need. Earlier, I tried going to Walgreens, but unfortunately, they didn't have the product I was looking for. Therefore, I had to compare Walgreens and CVS, and I found out that CVS has more of the products that I need.

Aweful treatment by the head Pharmacist today. I asked a question about a medication, she refused to answer and then yelled across the pharmacy at me a response that included personal medical information. She violated confidentiality. Then I went to Walgreens across the street and the Pharmacist there provided all the information needed and was very helpful.

I’m hoping one of the pharmacists was just having a bad day, but I have never had such an interaction as I had today. I came to pick up 2 prescriptions through the drive through. They said they only had one. I tried to speak to them to figure out where the mix up was. I woman with dark hair came over, calling me “Mamacita” and telling me very rudely she didn’t have it and would need to call my doctor even though my online portal from my doctor was telling me it was sent over and filled. I pulled away and called my doctor who confirmed it was there so I went in the store. I waited in line and when I got to the counter, the same woman screamed at me across the store that I couldn’t go to that counter and would have to wait. She would not allow the other employees to help me even though a few tried. Finally, a male employee named Patrick came over and was very kind and helped me resolve the issue - because they did indeed have it and it was filled. Thank you, Patrick, but I am so disappointed in the lack of understanding I received today.

A great store to run in and out! I am a CVS care pass subscriber. It's great to join because you get access to special coupons, sales and $10.00 a month to shop with.

The employees are rude. The store smells stale. Nobody is really friendly. You can wait days for a prescription to be filled and don't even bother calling to ask a question they won't answer and when they do they are rude.

So Honestly I had to come here and give this five star, all because of Michelle. I swear if it could give a million more stars on her behalf, I would. This lady is so helpful, so kind, knowledgeable, and knows how to deal with customers. She is always being productive. She also introduced me to the CVS Care pass and oh my, have I been saving. Thank you Michelle. I rarely use other CVS because of the absolutely great customer service you always offer.

I got made fun of by the pharmacy and was suppose to get my prescription but the lady held it from me. They were very prejudice and rude they don't like white people at this location it was like being in communist china. They were very disrespectful and abusive.
