My daughter has been on daily medication for well over a year, and I could count on one hand the times we haven't had an issue when picking up her medication. We stayed with them longer than we should have, but we will be switching pharmacies. Enough is enough.
A mild inconvenience is one thing. Their consistent lack of professionalism and organization is a whole other thing. Save yourself the hassle and find another pharmacy.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Central Florida.
I had a script sent there at around 11pm last night and I called at 8am to check the status and it was not in the system. Waited another hour or so and stil nothing. I called the hospital and they said they were sent last night my wife went to this location and was told I was banned from that store. THAT’S NEWS TO ME. So I called and spoke to someone named Pam who said I had not been in there in over two years and that there was a note in the system that said I was banned. I made another call to the hospital and then to my insurance company and was told this location had already processed my prescription and had been paid. I had to call the district manager and he straightened it out but Pam told him I was not allowed to pick up my prescriptions and that I would have to send someone who promised not to cause a scene. My wife was in line at the drive thru early and received a call saying they would not fill my prescription.
I’ve been vomiting since 8am and it’s now 4:30pm and the District manager just texted to say I could send someone to pick up my prescriptions or I could go through the drive thru.
I will never spend another cent in any CVS anywhere on this planet and I hope Pam has a miserable life after the way she treated me. I see that this store has a 2.8 out of 5.0 rating and I think that is a generous review after read other reviews.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Pharmacy staff was very rude I ask for a manager she said have a nice day and hung up in my hear sad these are the individuals working with our meds . I’m call corporate now and pray the replace her.

Waited at drive thru over 15 minutes with no one moving. Tried to call store manager to see why drive thru wasn’t operating efficiently and whoever answered immediately placed me on hold for so long I hung up. I hung up. No wonder you all have so many 1 star reviews. The customer service here needs reform.

Very rude pharmacy. The pharmacists don’t even listen to what you’re saying. They quickly say “no, we can’t” to get rid of you, but they did what I asked in the end—just with a bad attitude. Shame on those who don’t like doing their job.

My experience at this pharmacy was unpleasant. My normal CVS never gives me issues like this, I was told my good rx coupon was not accurate and was charged twice as much. I found out it was accurate just not the gold price, so I got a refund and was charged the correct amount. It was a bit frustrating and time consuming, maybe Kim the pharmacist was new I'm not sure, but she had an attitude from the moment I showed the good rx app and assumed the gold price was the cheapest so she didn't want to try running it again. Thank you to the other pharmacist who straightened this out for me, and I'll just go back to the other CVS next time.

Hello I just wanted to explain my experience Last night around 7pm I went to the store to get diapers and melatonin. Her name was Lisbeth I remember what she looked like she was working the front register #2 and had short blonde hair and was Hispanic like me. I've worked in hospitality. For many years and I understand there are days we don't want to be at work but I made sure to never make my customers feel that. She's definitely had an attitude and made you feel uncomfortable like if you didn't want to be there. Nor did she say hello welcome to cvs nothing. Which is extremely important because you want customers to return. The only reason I go to this cvs is because it's close to my residence if not I would not go there because of her. I hope management sees this and just reminds her that this isn't how we should behave and if you are having an off day then just call off but don't take it out on the customers.

They have gone to an automated system for filling prescriptions is what I was just told over the phone, apparently also beware as "Drs. Notes on prescription mean nothing" yes that is quoted from the tech on the phone in the pharmacy, terrible customer service. This has delayed my prescription several days. However the last two times my prescription was sent in I had no issue, I guess consistency and customer service are not their forte... Do better CVS.

Visited CVS and the customer service was the best Tatiana should be recognized for her helpfulness,smiles at her customers and all around pleasurableness..thanks CVS for having such a great employee..I will be back!!She also gave me a inspirational word of encouragement..helped make my day better!!

This is a great CVS! They always have an attentive staff that works really hard. I've been in other pharmacies where they don't acknowledge me at all. Cheers to the register girl who never got frustrated.

Consistently... this pharmacy cannot line up their stories. Their texts say one thing, their automated services another, and then something completely out of left field when you speak to a pharmacist. My son is on a very specific medication. They claim that they cannot order it until the day it is supposed to be filled. WTH? This leaves us scrambling every month. They say they cannot stock it because it's a controlled substance (non-narcotic) but offer to check other local CVS stores to see if they have it... this completely contradicts what they tell me every time that they do not have his meds. How ridiculous. I'm talking about a life or limb medication, not something simple that a dose can be missed. You are a number to them. Not a patient. Shame on me for continuing with them. This month is probably my breaking point...and I will most likely transfer my family's scripts elsewhere. I'd love for their corporate to respond to this message. I'd welcome a call.
