This place is a train wreck. There is an issue every time we go there - pharmacy & store. We've given many chances, because the location is convenient to our new home. The pharmacy is always complete chaos. You get notifications that your prescription is ready, only to show up & have them tell you that there's an issue with it or it will be a few more hours. The drive-thru for the pharmacy is always either closed or takes forever. There's one young African-American guy that works in the front that is always nice & helpful. But the other staff I've encountered could use some customer service training. I'd recommend steering clear of this place. Go the extra 1.5 miles to Target. They have a pharmacy & everything else you can get at CVS.

While the staff is very friendly here, the pharmacy drive thru is often times closed. It is even more frustrating when the pharmacy is closed early or not open at all. I appreciate that cvs always has great coupons throughout the month. The photo services here are nice as well. The canvas I ordered seemed somewhat faded, but for the price I was happy. This store has a great variety of merchandise and medications. It is frustrating that a human never answers the pharmacy phone and I get stuck in a loop with the robot answering machine. There are definitely areas of improvement for this location. Thankfully they are typically quick about filling prescriptions.

Pharmacy hasn't given me any problems. My husband on the other has dropped them and went elsewhere. I still use them.

Honestly, I wish we had better pharmacy options, but CVS is on every corner and "used" to be so clean, quick, & reputable. This location is far from that. It doesn't matter if you wait in the drive thru or go inside for your prescription, plan on at LEAST 20 mins for them to just find it or realize they still need something from your doctor. Always SUPER unorganized, no one knows right from left or up from down, and honestly, a huge embarrassment for a pharmacy. If you have the chance to go somewhere else, I would.

This place gets crappier all the time. It's a shadow of what it used to be, and Walgreens blows it away on every level. I always seem to walk out the door irritated by something, and I'm pretty forgiving

I came in here an hour and a half ago and specifically told them I am waiting in the store for my prescription. They told me it would take up to an hour to transfer my scrip from Publix. I had no problem with that until I went to check an hour and a half later to have them tell me they were still on hold. I immediately called Publix and they told me they had nobody from cvs on hold or even that had called in. When I confronted them about it I asked if they had been on hold for over an hour and they said no 7 min. So they didn't even bother to call until I had been waiting in the store for over an hour. I doubt they were even on the phone with them at all until I told them I was calling Publix back to check. Then magically they told me they now had them on the phone. I call bullshit on this. Either they totally forgot about me or they just didn't give a shit. They would have had a regular customer but apparently they just don't care at this location. I will be going elsewhere with my scrip for now on.

Terrible pharmacy. Always a long wait whether at the drive up or inside at the counter because they are understaffed. Meds are ready, but takes FOREVER. I have had to ask that my prescriptions be transferred multiple times, as the former pharmacy continues to fill prescriptions. Very frustrating.

I found this to be an adequate CVS with the usual selection of stuff, a convenient parking lot and location, generally orderly and clearly laid out. The one person I asked for assistance actually knew where stuff was located, I didn't have to wait an inordinate amount of time to make my purchase.

Run, don't walk away from this pharmacy. Don't look back. The staff is unfriendly, uneducated and not consumer friendly. I believe it is the training camp for unemployables. To many times they don't understand, nor care to learn how to bill my sons secondary insurance. When I've finally lost my temper way to many times, they offer me a gift card to use at CVS only after they got my cash instead of learning how to bill the secondary insurance. (the gift card is because they took my cash and they only gave me a gift card for the amount of cash they took)They constantly don't understand how to retrieve the fax or say they don't have it (its electronic computerized) when I know good and well they got it, the doctors office got it, I even get an upload from Quest and the pharmacy fax number is on the lab results, this pharmacy says they never got it. (Always) When they say they will call me back when they do get the fax I still wait a few days and they never called me back, I must stay on them, and when I do they have obviously labeled me as unruly, uncooperative, (because I have lost my ever loving patience with them) but who cares what they think really, because I am unruly when my son has to suffer because they don't have his script filled (over & over) then there is the gal with the whiny voice who thinks she knows it all because she has been around maybe a few months and tries to delay my request to have that darned script filled. word of caution, if they don't like you and I know they don't me by now because of their irritating incompetence, they will delay your script. It happens every time and the only reason I have been with them as long as I have is because they have 11 years of my sons history on file. The place just keeps getting worse and worse and I am in the process of moving all information to an entirely different pharmacy. Not CVS any longer or ever.

Minute clinic needs to fix their computer system. Clinic hours are till 7:30. I showed up with time to spare and was denied service. Computer said they were booked. The PA/DR was taking out trash. I was turned away! NO ONE WAITING! I brought my daughter one other time. While we were seen in a timely manor, they suggested overpriced prescriptions. We had to request the normal prescription because insurance didn't cover the fancy over priced one. The PA/Dr told me I could request the lesser priced prescription knowing this was going to happen. Please don't waste peoples time CVS.

The store could be a lot cleaner. Bathroom was unusable. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I wrote CVS over a month ago about how really bad their bathroom are not clean. I went in today and not one of the issues have been addressed. That is why I posted pictures now. Gave them a chance to really clean up. After a month nothing has changed. Can't see how any manager could ever let this be the standard.

Three stars for a well organized and neatly laid out CVS that was clean and bright. Sadly, they did not have the specific product that I wanted and so I had to go down the street to Wal-Mart.

Whenever I enter this location, there is a strong moldy odor as soon as you step into the store. I'm not sure what that's from but it's definitely unpleasant. I've never had to fill any prescriptions at this location, so I can't comment about that. The front counter area is always pretty cluttered and the staff is usually nice with the few occasional individuals who have the classic, I don't care attitude, which seems to be so typical these days.

If you are using this CVS to fill your prescriptions do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. The pharmacist that is usually there refuses to fill prescriptions the way the doctor wrote it. Last time I was there I had a prescription that called for 15 of the medication and the pharmacist refused to open the box to give me 15. When confronted about this she said that the manufacturer only ships them in boxes of 30. Any other pharmacy will open the box and give you the amount you want but this pharmacist wouldn't. When asked if this is a CVS corporate policy she wouldn't give me a straight answer. I will not visit this CVS again there are 3 different Walgreens near this CVS do yourself a favor and go there so you don't have to deal with the Nazi pharmacist.
