Danielle in the pharmacy is great! Whether she’s working on the floor or in the pharmacy, she is always very thorough, helpful, friendly, and always has a smile. No matter how busy she is, she always takes the time to help. Luisenia at check out is the same. She takes the time to greet and shows she cares when she is ringing up my purchase.

Waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes, only to get to the window at 1:31 PM to be told, “we are closed for lunch now and will not be back until 2:00 PM. You didn’t see the sign?”. Keep in mind there’s at least 10 cars behind me in this line. Working in healthcare, I know this is very poor service. The response was rude, but that’s not my issue. In future events like this, at least inform customers in the line that we are wasting our time. Thank you CVS!

DON'T FILL IMPORTANT MEDICATION AT CVS! I agree that the pharmacy is garbage. I had life and death medication needing to be picked up, and after 5 days of it being called in, they told me they don't have any prescriptions for me. I waited around for the doctor to call it again and they told me they don't have the medication. What are the odds for that?! Not having both? After all the medication was done and risking a seizure without. The pharmacist had the audacity to ask me if it's ok for her to order it and have it ready by tomorrow when I already told her I ran out waiting for CVS. Never had that happen at Publix. I truly believe they did that on purpose, because they are that incompetent.Garbage!

Recommend for medicine, antibiotics, sweet treats. Do not recommend printing pictures at this location. I placed an order and received a confirmation and when I went to pick them up, no pictures. They had nothing in their system, nothing on record, NOTHING. I showed them my confirmation order for their location and they said they had not received it. Customer service had no idea what they were doing and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Will not give them a second chance on pictures.

3:40pm on a Sunday. Approx a dozen customers in the store, 3 waiting at the service counter for assistance, since self checkout was not an option for their needs, and one person at self-checkout who pushed the \\\"assistance needed\\\" button. After ~60 seconds, an associate came out of the back room (office?), helped the self-checkout customer, stared at those waiting at the service counter, and then walked back to the back room. Upon reacher the door, she yelled out some unintelligible words. Since I cannot respond to someone shouting who knows what at me from 30 feet away in a crowded, noisy store, I approached the associate who advised that she is on break and was prohibited from providing assistance, and that I should walk around the store and find someone else to assist me (and the others, presumedly). She was dismissive, but she was at least not rude about it, to her credit. I had already walked the store and not a single associate was present other than behind the pharmacy counter. Either this CVS needs to do better with staffing, or they need to provide better customer service training to their employees. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 or 2, because I come to this location often, and I do not typically run into this type of issue.

As a store in general there is no complaints! As a pharmacy they are the worst. They constantly loose prescriptions, which if you take any medication of any significance this is a big deal!!! Let's paint a scenario. prescription comes through, it needs to be ordered. CVS will not order it. They wait until you come to pick your prescription up that says is ready for pick up, to tell you that's it's not available and it needs to be ordered. (for me personally I can't come the same day I get the text because of my work schedule) so I can have a delay in treatment for a week or better if that person ordered the med. There have been times it had to be ordered on multiple occasions. Or I don't get to pick up my prescription in the time frame allotted (which on a positive note a decent amount of time) but if it gets put back; guess what the prescription is gone! Yeah Gone! Like your refill is used or your prescription is used! You need a new script if it's a narc or a new refill if it was your last refill. Listen I have worked in the health care field for a very very long time. Long enough to know, that if you hire people that have No idea on the medicine that they are dealing with behind the counter then they shouldn't be behind the counter. Not messing with my med profile and definitely not messing with my meds!! I'm done with CVS. I'm changing pharmacies all together because I can. For all you that have to use CVS use the one up the street in Lake Mary they are a little better!

Pretty run of the mill as far as CVS stores go. The staff was nice, layout is easy to navigate. No complaints.
