Thank you thank you Kaylee, you were nice, very professional, as well as always keep this location clean & well kept. Any time we come to this location, customers are helped in a timely matter and still leave feeling they got the providers full attention. All in all, definitely a nice place that I highly recommend! Will be returning for ANY & ALL of my future cellphone needs if in this area.

I had gotten a phone from them yesterday and I didn't get a charger plug. I'm glad that I have an extra charging plug or I wouldn't have been able to charge my Samsung Galaxy A03s.

Las month I went in there to switch my phone company to cricket company because of the deals and the discount of ACP. At first it wasn’t a good customer service , I told her that I wanted 4 lines for $100 and also i wanted to enroll in the ACP program. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and she didn’t want to help me with the application she also asked me if I wanted auto pay and I told her twice that I didn’t want it and insurance. Today that it’s my due date when I woke up I check my phone and see I got a notification from my bank telling me they charged me $174 and that’s not what I told her I wanted. It is very unprofessional that you guys as a sell rep do whatever you want just to get paid but you guys don’t maintain a good relationship with the customers as a phone company. Bad experience overall.

Great course for individuals to play that have played only on a par three course. Green fee very reasonable.

I needed my contacts transferred from my old phone to my new phone because they didn’t do it at the store I bought it from so I took it here to the store in Sanford. I was really impressed, Sydney was so helpful and quick to solve my problem thank you so much!
