This is a most unreliable business with no customer support. I strongly suggest look elsewhere for your ink needs. I bought set of three inks and by mistake ordered HP 61 instead 63. I called back and first Clickink's assured me that I will get a return label & store credit. However, after that even after repeated requests I did mot hear back. Finally when I called I was told that the policy changed and all I get is 15% discount on my next order. This business is not at all customer friendly.

Never had this much problem with on line purchase. We no longer need the ink ordered as it took close to a month to come. We made alternative purchase. In the meantime we tried to cancel the order. No cancellation was done. The ink finally arrived as we no longer needed it, we have been trying to return the unused sealed ink. The site says free return. What a farce! We still do not know where to return and the site says we need a Return Merchandise Authorization which was requested has not arrived. The phone is always busy. We are still waiting for the info to return. Very disappointing!

I didn't feel that I was getting great customer service from the people that I had contacted at ClinkInks until today. I was doing a live chat with Gabriel. He answered all my questions and had the patience to reexplain information when I wasn't understanding some things. Thank you Gabriel for helping me out today. Your help was soo greatly appreciated. Great customer service!!

I have been using Clickinks for a couple of years with virtually no problems. But a couple of days ago I encountered two 62 XL color cartridges that would not work. They both had a piece of tape right above the contacts that said, "Do not remove this chip". I have never experienced this before. After multiple attempts to use the cartridges I called customer service. After having to provide order numbers for both cartridges and sending a photo of the faulty products, I was told that they would replace the cartridges and I would not have to return the faulty ones. I asked to be notified when the replacement cartridges are shipped. So far I have heard nothing. If and when the replacements arrive I will be completely satisfied. But until then, I'm reserve the right to be dissatisfied.

I had to return ink cartridge because my printer broke after making the order. Gabriel has given me a RMA to return them for store credit.

This company is the worse, 1st the shipping takes too long, so I canceled my order, then I received an email for my refund saying, passed this on to our accounts department. Please allow 7-10 working days for this to be completed, on Mars it does not take this long for a refund, never again will I order from this company, and the customer service was absolutely horrible, never again will I deal with this company.

Stefan, took his time to help resolve the issue of the black cartridge that would not work on my printer. He took numerous actions to resolve the issue and sent me out a replacement. I give him 5 stars.

Joey is the best! I have been purchasing cartridges from Clickinks for several years now and have ALWAYS been impressed with the speed of receiving my orders and the reasonable cost of the cartridges I need. I have never spoken too anyone before to purchase the cartridges but this time I did. It was my last color cartridge when I ran out of ink and I needed to print something important when I realized the last replacement color cartridge must be faulty. My husband tried everything to get it to work but when he put it in the printer.....the printer didn't want to cooperate but it appeared that there was possible a very, very, tiny hole in it where it shouldn't have been. So, when I placed the last order I kept the invoice and called the number on it and JOEY answered the phone. I just couldn't ask for a more understanding, customer service person agent. He listened to my story and offered to help me out. I needed more cartridges anyhow, and had just received an email regarding a special they were doing. So, I not only ordered several more but he is also replacing the faulty one with a new replacement and mailing it to me free of charge. He also kept in touch with me via email with the specifics he provided to me in order to reach only him since he was the person I was communicating with. So, all I have to say is BUY FROM CLICKINKS because I guarantee you my experience in finding replacements locally...............I cannot find for the cost I can get through Clickinks. What I have now will last me awhile but I will not hesitate to purchase again when I need more. I gave a star rating of 5 because that is the highest BEST I could give; but if there was a TEN........... I would have chosen that. All, I can say is, "Thank you, Joey for being in the right place when I made my call."

New customer of website, placed multi-cartridge ink jet order. Not a heavy user, and a couple weeks later, the first cartridge placed in service stopped printing as if the ink inside had dried. Eventually called customer service, connected with Joey Silver. He promptly said "no problem", had me take a couple photos of the defective cartridge and return them in an email he sent. Upon receipt, Joey advised that a replacement cartridge would be on the way. Hard to beat that level of courtesy and customer service.

I had accidently ordered twice of the same product and Gabriel helped me so quickly and efficiently by removing on of my invoices that I had duplicated .... She was a Great help!! i buy refurbished ink from them and i've always had a great experience. Today i interacted with the helpline as i wasn't sure when my order was going to arrive. Customer service is super. Alin was great. Helped me determine my delivery date and Laura followed up with me. :)
