The process was very smooth and professional. They worked with us and gave us a great price, will definitely be back for my next car purchase. Special thanks to Dylan for going above and beyond to provide the best possible service.

Brought my 5 month old Jeep Wrangler 4xe Sahara forwarranty work due to the steering wheel shaking bad. Thiswas on 9/16. Days passed with no call from the dealer. Finally I called only to be told parts were ordered and theJeep would be ready 2 days later. Those 2 days came andgone and no call. Called again 9/22 and was told moreparts are needed and the jeep would be ready be mondayor tuesday following week. No phone call again from thedealer. I called tuesday at 12 pm and asked that somone callme with an update. Dealer once again did not call. I calledWednesday at 9am and was told my jeep would not beready for 15-20 days. How is a dealer can keep you vehiclefor that long? Something must be done. They refuse toapologize or anything. Just say what do you want us to do.

Sold us a used Volvo with the service light on saying it was just a minor sensor code, we took it right to the Volvo dealership and found out it would cost over $6k to get the car running properly and safely. When I called my sales ordering to let him know the news he said he was going to talk to the service manager and then never called me back!

Service department has been a pretty big nightmare thus far . Service manager is good but yet to find a good service adviser that does their job . Just got my grand Cherokee back from service after lifter replacement and oil dipstick is bolted to ... nothing . ( this is 3rd trip to fix this issue)All bolts for oil dipstick tube are missing. Smelt an oil smell so figured I'd check oil just to be safe and found dipstick tube just flopping around ... Add that to the fact that service advisers wanted to argue with me till he was blue in the face that I didn't tell them things to properly diagnose my vehichle , to then find in their text system that everything I said was written in a text and video to them and they just ignored all of it , which then I was supposed to pay for . Service manager did get things straightened out with this billing issue but I get to stop what I'm doing ... again .... to go deal with this crap again

I purchased a certified preowned dodge caravan Monday last week. I picked it up Tuesday. Two hours I contacted my sales person that the air blower was making a whining noise. He told me to contact service. He told me they recharged the air and fixed an oil leak, but was unwilling to help after the sale. Thursday the trim on the passenger door flew off on the highway. It was taped on the door. The windshield wipers make a terrible noise. Less than a week from taking possession of the vehicle the dealership refuses to respond to numerous emails to my sales person and numerous requests to call me to discuss returning this vehicle.

I feel i was treated with discrimination and unprofessionalism by a.manager in the service department. My experience was so unbelievably awful my husband and I left and immediately traded in my 6 months old Challenger at Chevy dealership up the road. We will never ever ever again own a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep because of this experience. And I was shocked to learn other local women I know had similar experiences there... so much so that they too sold their Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler with a vow to forever boycott the brand.

Recently leased a Jeep Wrangler from Suncoast Jeep in Seminole, Fl. I had been a Ford customer for 25 plus years prior. Not anymore. From the second I walked into the Jeep dealership, everyone was kind, informative and friendly. Bob in Sales, such a cool soul. He was patient with me and so knowledgeable. They knew I really wanted to get into a Wrangler. Phil, the GM, what a special man and his story, god bless. Keith in finance was very nice. All in all a great experience I have already recommended this dealership to some of my friends. Thank you all for your kindness, and being so attentive with me. I love my Jeep. THANK YOU ALL!1

There seemed to be a lot of issues and inconsistency here. One person told me to show up and not make an appointment. Then I show up and the woman tells me that I get charged $160 for them to look at my car. I went for a recall on my vehicle which was for the automatic start stop light and the engine light was on, which I thought was connected. Even with the recall, I was still charged the $160 to look at the engine.I dropped my car off at 8am and needed to leave by 1;30pm to get my son. Of course my car was looked at around 1pm so there wasn't enough time for them to do ahh work on it- just enough time to look at it so they can charge me for diagnosing the issues. Really sketchy! The next day I went back at 7:15am to fix the other recommended issues they had for me. I didn't pick up my car until 3pm when they were closing. I was told that I would only need to pay the difference between the $160 i already paid and the total bill, but there was no proof of that different on the bill.

11/07/2022, when I took my work vehicle for oil change, the workers there broke my side mirror, which caused me delay my work because they didn't have the part and were making me wait for days, until I have to cross 30 miles to come and change it. They also refused to give me any documents proving the damage. And were very rude when talking to me. One of the employees even said they broke nothing and made fun of my ability to speak English.

In search of a new car my family met w/ sales rep Steven whom I found to be very knowledgeable and professional; never pushy which is what car buyers dread. He provided a test drive & answered all our Qs. We weren't quite ready then but a few months later returned to Steve to build what we wanted. He was very genuine, patient, personable and courteous and always kept himself available for our follow up Qs & changes. Very responsive and a real asset to the dealership. Soon after placing this new order we decided we wanted an additional car. We returned to Steve but he was off so we worked with sales rep James who took the time to show us some cars on the lot and we ultimately drove home with one. James too was very professional, helpful and never pushy. I found the same with Don, the purchasing rep. Not being a fan of negotiating with dealership sales staff I admittedly found this location to be quite pleasant. Everybody I dealt with was professional, respectful, and non-condescending. The showroom floor was clean, maintained and orderly and the staff were properly attired and focused. These are the subtle things I look for that typically indicate how the rest of the experience will be. I've since had the opportunity to meet Dave P in the Service Dept and Mindy in the Parts Dept and I was impressed by their engaging personalities. While there are many troubling negative Service Dept reviews here on Yelp I haven't yet had any repair needs so that experience remains to be seen, although I keep my fingers crossed that I won't have any such negative experiences that will taint my positive image of this dealership. Time will tell. In the meantime I've begun the process of purchasing yet another family vehicle through Steve since he was there for my family from the beginning. Repeat car purchasing customers speak volumes.
