I don't know why I was assigned this office, you call and nobody ever answers, you leave messages and nobody bothers calling back, are they even opened? How can you run a business with no customer service or communication???!!!!!

I have been a State Farm customer since 2003, moved to Florida, switched agents to Chris Slaby, since switching I have been getting over charged almost $200 monthly and CAN NOT get in touch with his office for weeks now. I have called and texted countless times AND I have just filed a formal complaint with State Farm, as this office should not be in business!

Unfortunately, I have to write this review to inform others of the terrible customer service provided by this Agent. First, I have called three different times and left messages in the month of November of 2023. I have yet to have anyone contact me. I was finally able to get in contact with a young lady on 12/5/23 and ask that my Auto policy be cancelled because of the obvious rate increases. She told me she would have the policy cancelled as of 11/27/2023. Today is 12/20/2023 and I decided to check my online account to find out if the policy is still active. Surprise!! The auto policy is still active and they have charged an additional payment. In my profession, this type customer service is not acceptable.

Can never get a hold of someone when you call. Have left 3 voicemails over the past month with no call back, was told my claim check was in the mail roughly 2 months ago and have not received it yet. Get insurance elsewhere is my recommendation.

Absolute worst service. Office manager could not help me, after already waiting over 2 weeks for a return phone call. Refused to lower my coverages, could not tell me what form was needing to be sent to cancel term-life, and then hung up on me.

Terrible service, takes weeks for the team to contact you with information. Team fails to provide adequate information and increases rates without consent during a policy period. Manager fails to contact customers within an acceptable timeframe when critical issues are presented. Terrible office overall; do not use.

Absolutely incompetent. That is by the far the best way to describe this office. Their underwriters take months to get you insurance cards. Their billing information is not correct. We paid for our renters in full. They don’t recognize that online. We called to cancel over a month ago and were told that they would be cancelled. We called again two weeks later and were reassured it was being cancelled. After getting another bill in the mail we called again and they claim there is zero record of our policy being cancelled. That was a lie. We have phone records showing calls made both times. They refused to do anything about it and cancelled it over a month later. Still no confirmation. We have two open bills with them and no status on what they are going to do. We were told to not worry about it as we are cancelling the policy but yet they are still active. Do not under any circumstances use this State Farm agency. There are two others down the street. Please go to them. Save yourself the headache that will come out of this office. This was the office we were assigned and I will never be using State Farm again due to this offices negligence.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Maria is extremely rude. I was speaking to Sussie who said the issue would be fixed but later decided to have Maria call the second person on the policy instead of me who was having the issue. If you need to be insured search anywhere else. These people are rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your breath on them.

Called once and since then it was a never ending calling cycle. DO NOT give your information if you don’t want constant calls despite declining services. They are vultures when it comes to reaching out.
