What is up with Chase Bank?? We use Vystar Credit Union (awesome!), but I had to choose a bank that was both here in FL and also the state where my parents lived when we were going through probate. I chose Chase Bank. BIG mistake! Both branches I went in were horrible, but this was topped the cake. Large bank and only two people working on a Friday afternoon. WHAT? One teller and one that was helping people open accounts, or do loan stuff, I don't know.... He was in his cubicle. I had to get some papers notarized for Chase Mortgage and then leave them with the bank to send to the mortgage company. We waited for well over 30 minutes, and then when he was our turn, the guy went to the people who came in after us and had only been there for maybe 5 minutes. I waited a lil bit longer and then went and asked him why we were not helped next. He told me it was because the customers spoke Spanish and he was the only person at the bank who spoke Spanish. Ok, my guy, but ummm... you were literally the ONLY person helping people in the lobby. Beyond that, which made no sense, he was horribly rude. I was already familiar with horribly rude at the other Chase Bank in the area. Chase Bank. Never again. That goodness probate is finished and the estate account I had to have there in now closed. Bye folks... forever! Accessibility: Large bank with more than enough room to get around in with zero problems. Accepting of my Service Dog.

Perhaps its just me but it seems like the drive through should go in the other direction. Fairly busy during a recent visit. Overall a convenient location. It does seem however like all the other drive-thru lanes are closed very interpersonal.

BEWARE ATM MACHINE SCREEN LITERALLY WENT ALL BLACK AFTER I PUT ALL MY CASH INTO THE ATM AND WASNT ABLE TO EVEN PROCESS ANYTHING AND THE MONEY WAS NEVER RECEIVED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THE ATM MACHINE STAYED BLACK.

This is a very poorly ran chase bank. Very unprofessional. I went in for there free notary service and was told "maybe in 30 or 40 minutes" by the teller. There was nobody in the bank at all

I have both business and personal accounts with this bank. I came for notarized for 1 single page and they told me that it is only one person ( branch manager ) and I have to wait till 3pm.It is time to switch another bank to get better service I guess

Alzira is hands down one of the most nicest bank workers I have ever met. We meet every month it seems to cash work checks and she remembers me by name as I walk in. She is always smiling and holds great conversation.The bank overall is very clean and well maintained. The overall workers are very nice, but again, special shout-out to Alzira

This is my chase has been my bank for almost 20yrs. I went to the new branch at 4:07 for a notary. The teller said she would check for one. She came back ask me for the paperwork then preceed to tell me that there is no one available at 4:07. I understand bankers hours but thats a little too much.

Horrible service! One person to notarize.Waiting for 45 mins no one checks in on the customers. they all sit in their glass offices.. 2 bank tellers and one manager.

called ahead to do get a paper notarized. Second call went through. Arrived at 12;30 noon. 6 or 7 offices but only one per. Waited about half hour then it's my turn. The banker was very nice and friendly and got things done quickly. Thank you.

Poor teller interaction over 5-6 various transactions. If your primary language is English, you may have a hard time conducting a transaction with one of the associates who does not a strong grasp of English. The branch manager never seems to be available when you ask to speak to him/her.

Tried to inquire opening another business account for my company but that failed with this branch. I couldn’t ask questions either of the matter. the female banker that’s in charge of opening accounts unfortunately choose not to speak to me at 3pm with clients waiting for her, no one in the bank but me let alone get up from her chair. Hopefully lake Mary will accept my money and not be so dismissive to the general public.

I visited this location and Kylie M. helped me get some documents notarized he was very helpful answering any questions I had. Customer service is excellent. ☺️
