Yup, 1 star from my experience on THIS location. Don't get me wrong, I totally like Cash America, I know several around town, but this time I was looking for a pressure washer and found a good deal, we runned it outside, it was working and I paid for it, I was offered a warranty "for 14" I found it a bit pricey and asked "but you try it when you get it, right?" -"we didn't tried with water, we don't have it here"- "ok, but how much time do I have to try it and return it" (for most items I get 24 hrs everywhere) -"no, that's why you should buy the warranty" -"for 14 dls?" -"No, 14 DAYS" (I misunderstood) -"well now I'm stock" and manager said " 'tell you what, I'll give you 24hrs, no more". I took it home and guess what? With water pressure the thing stalled. Then I brought it back before the time expired... aaand there was a different staff. "Do you have the warranty? " -"no, but your manager (that I just saw leaving) offered me 24 hrs". "He shouldn't do that, We'll take it back but we have to charge you restocking fee"
(???) Yes, I lost $10 because I didn't wanted to argue, didn't had an easy day at work and this person's weren't going to make my day harder than what it was.
My advice: DON'T BUY WHATEVER IS NOT F-U-LL-Y TESTED!!! Flip the coin, get the 24 hr on paper or buy the "warranty".

3 people behind the counter working, only one of them busy with a customer, it took me 20 minutes to be helped. When I asked about what phones they have behind the glass because they were only marked with the brand name... "I don't know... I'd have to go over there and open it. We just know that they're Samsung."... Really? You mean you'd have to put a key in and turn it just to find out what model it is?!... Poor thing... I just might have to call about labor laws being violated here! Lazy shenanigans!!

I never leave reviews. This will be my first and if I could leave negative starts I would. DO NOT go to this store. I am contacting corporate today because the employees here tried to play fast and loose with our lay-aways. My husband and I have run multiple successful businesses, and I am astounded at how poorly this branch is ran. They took the SD out of my husband's Nintendo switch without his permission and sold it. We went to pick up our lay-aways and they tried to not release our items to us because my husband, who put it on lay-away - whose finger print in on the file, did not have his driver license (I drove). But he had his social security card on him, as well as a ID from the department of defense and a work ID as well as the cards we have been using to make payments on our lay-aways. After I went in to question them, one of the employees tried to lie to my face and tell me my husband never showed her those ID's or social security card. After asking for corporate's number the manager sheepishly comes out and says he will take a picture ID. I find it ridiculous that I had to go through all these hoops to pay the final payment on our lay-aways and pick them up. Not to mention they have his freaking finger print on file. How is it that a DMV will take a social security card as ID to get your license but a freaking pawn shop wants to make it even more difficult to pick up items, WHILE THEY HAVE YOUR FINGER PRINT ON FILE. SO RIDCIULOUS. "Well we need to make sure it is him". Try using your brain for once, and stop trying to make something so easy, so difficult. If someone's finger print matches what you have on file, well let's think for a minute, is it possible for someone to have the exact same finger print as another person? I know it does not take a degree to work at a pawn shop but let's try to use our brain's for once...Hmmmm.. They have the same exact cards they have used to make payments this whole time- Social security card (which is by far harder to make a fake one then a freaking driver's license)and DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ID...But no Driver's license? Oh NO! ...OH but they had no issues taking payment over the phone the few times we did it. Complete garbage. We come from big families that have heavily used Trash America Pawn, and better believe we are warning every single person to stay far from this branch. Unless you want to jump through several hoops, and have your stuff sold without your permission. I could go on, but I will stop here and save the rest for corporate. Stay away from this garbage branch. Better pawns out there than this one.

Bought a bike it didn’t make it more than a mile even after fixing and lubricating the chain multiple times. $100 bucks later. Would not recommend

I have alway's gone here in past year's. Not anymore !! They offered for a 10kt 8 inch bracelet me 30.00 $ . A double link at that. ARE YOU KIDDING ?? Since the Manager with white hair has taken over ( he think's he is so cool) . They sell their ring's for 1,000 $ and pay out hardly nothing!!!!! I will never go there again..... They also seem to have a large turnover in employee's. Don't waste your time and get ripped off . No car's like there used to be in the parking lot either. That tell's you something. Right? Very unhappy with this store.

Called. Loud music in which the last couldn’t hear me. She didn’t understand my simple question well enough to answer. Other shops were able to give me a percentage rate on borrowing money for a Rolex. She was rude and hung on me.

Ive been coming to this place for years and for the first Im going to reach out to Corporate regarding the Assistant Manager, the black one with the fake weave and unprofessional attitude. She walks around that store like she was a Vice President at Apple Computers making $180,000 a year. Chris and Amanda are cool, but that hoodrat needs go. No customer service skills whatsoever, condescending and she acts like the loans are coming out of her pocket. Avoid at all costs!

Best Pawn in the area, clean, organized, and uncluttered... The Mgr and his crew work together to provide an organized shopping experience, although very knowledgeable and precise, they won't get in your face like a used car salesperson from the 70's ....
