It has been the easiest and most realistic thing I have been able to do in procedures in the United States, their advisors are very friendly and from the moment you arrive until you leave with the car it is a personalized accompaniment, they do not see problems but solutions, their app and virtual page are super easy and dynamic… 100% recommended, thank you for everything you are the best
Ahhh and they have advisors who speak Spanish

My 2020 Subaru Forester was totaled. I had enjoied the car so much, I wanted the same car to replace it. That's when I went to the CarMax web site and found the same car model, a year newer with 40,000 less miles on it for the amount the insurance company gave me for my totaled car. Working with a CarMax agent, we hot the car transferred from the location it was at, and financing arranged.
An easy and flawless process.

I have been a loyal Carmax customer for over 20 years, referring 100 of people to them because of the amazing customer service and service department. However Carmax in Sanford has let us down costing us over $1500 in repairs that would have been covered until our Max Care Warranty if they employed competent technicians. Took my car first of May, waited 8 hours for them to tell me they can't figure out what is wrong with my car, they referred me to Land Rover. Land Rover found the problem within two hours of having my car also finding additional critical issues with my car that Carmax missed. Critical issues that could have been fatal to anyone driving the car. The repairs would have been covered by my MaxCare if repairs were completed at Carmax however since it was at Land Rover they refused to cover the parts and labor. Why you may ask? Max Care will only cover parts from AutoZone or generic non brand parts and covers basically half of what the National Average Labor Cost per hour. Maxcare switched providers and now use Assurance Insurance which is a complete Joke. My service advisor at Land Rover went as far as discounting these parts at cost for the warranty company and that wasn't good enough. Land Rover was able to refund some cost I paid for however Carmax has dragged this issue out for three weeks. After speaking to multiple people at Carmax Relations, Andy, Steve Service Supervisor at Carmax Sanford, I was informed, "We couldn't fix your car because its a luxury car and we aren't equipped to properly diagnose the problem" "We understand there was more cost that would have been covered if we fixed it but you will have other options next time you need a repair" We made our decision but there is nothing we can do for you at this time. So you sell me a car, sell me a $7k extended warranty but you are unable to hire competent technicians or have the equipment in your service department to fix the cars you sell and do not disclose that to your customers at the time of selling them the car. I have never once had this issue with carmax whenever we bought a car and extended warranty.
Completely deceitful, dishonest and my opinion dangerous for missing vital repairs. Carmax is a joke!

My experience was fair to good good part was the sales people I dealt with which there was three of them. I wish there was only one but two of them were on vacation, but after I bought the vehicle, I wanted to get another key fob for it because it only came with one and I was told that, I should be able to get discount for the key but no one could really tell me how to do that. They said that my vehicle should show up on my account but it didn’t so now I still only have one key which is not good
