“On January 31, 2026 my husband and I opted to rent a vehicle at this Enterprise location. Our flight from Sanford to Asheville had been canceled due to inclement weather. We were greeted promptly by Franusca and explained our situation to her. We inquiried about a one way rental. We were impressed, first that Franusca listened intentively to what we needed. Second, Franusca was both personable and professional. During the process of the rental agreement, she noted that we both shared the same birthday....what are the chances...I might add, One way rentals and returns are usually a difficult process but not this time. Once our paperwork was submitted,
we headed outdoors to choose our vehicle (Pacifica Minivan;). There were 4 adults/4 large pieces of luggage/4 over stuffed backpacks. We were extremely pleased with the cargo room the minivan offered. We dropped our vehicle off 13 hours later, at the Enterprise return, at our local airport. The communication with Enterprise in Sanford via text, was an added perk. Our bill arrived via email several days later and was significantly higher than we had anticipated. I called the 1-800 Enterprise number...the only negative to the experience. I like to talk to someone quickly, not go through prompt after prompt. I did finally reach a representative (Mia/Natasha) who submitted the discrepancy to the Sanford location via email. Within 24 hours, I received a telephone call from the MGM, Pierson and the issue was resolved. We were charged only for one day, as the initial rental was for 2 days, due to the unpredictable, inclement weather. We were extremely pleased with the service we received during this process. We also had the opportunity to meet and speak with Pierson during our initial visit in Sanford. These two people, went above and beyond, to assist us during a stressful situation. We would most certainly use this facility again and would highly recommend both of them for rentals. Top notch service! Extremely impressed and satisfied!”

“Before arriving to SFB I did do the check in option online. When It got to picking up my rental it was a quick and easy process. I got the car that I wanted, and all three of the staff members at the desk were very nice and pleasant. They were joking around with each other so it was a very fun atmosphere. They wished me well on my trip and made the whole process enjoyable! The car was in great condition, no complaints and there is a key drop off box but I just dropped it off at the desk and they still had a smile on there face and wished me a safe trip back home!”

“Raj Budhai, the Customer Service Manager, is absolutely wonderful! Our old car was having problems that our mechanic couldn't diagnose, and (even though it wasn't HIS problem) Raj worked REALLY HARD to help us fix it! The rental car was excellent, and Raj and his associates couldn't have been more helpful! Very highly Recommended!”
“Matthew at the front desk was very helpful and worked diligently to solve an issue for my unique situation. When he got to a point to where usually people tell you “sorry I can’t do anything to help you” he did the opposite and called his District Manager Richard. To which they worked together for an extended period of time until we got my issue and all of my questions resolved. Moreover, they by far have been a saving grace for an unfortunate situation and I am still currently using Hertz services. Thanks guys!”

“Great staff and easy process! Even helped me with scammers I talked to before arriving there. Should of trusted they reserved my vehicle when I did the online transaction. Called to verify and got scammers unfortunately who got 357.00 deposit money from me. Thanks to the Hertz associate at counter, was able to contact my bank and report the thieves. Worked with me to get in my rental and continue my trip.”
“I was in a bind with my car randomly breaking down on me Saturday. After going all over Orlando with no luck finding a car last minute I decided to try an airport location to see what I could find. The booking process was super easy online. I arrived at my booking time and was in and out in my rental within no time. The people at the desk were super friendly and the Tesla that I rented was awesome! The drop off process was super easy as well and the people at the desk once again were super nice making sure that the car was good throughout my rental. Thank you to this location for the friendly service.”

“Starting the review with saying both Raj and Eric are amazing humans who do try to help. Raj showed me the ropes on how to use the vehicle as I hadn’t driven a fully electric one at this time. They got handed a weird lot and sometimes in retail / customer service industries that can be bigger deal.The car itself, wasn’t my cup of tea -there was a little delay as to which location and just finding charging stations ??♀️Although, the experience was educational and I’d probably never have driven a tesla otherwise.It’s easy to be frustrated, just remember that customer service isn’t for the faint of heart. BE KIND! ☺️?”

“Our Alegiant flight was only 3.5 hours late this time with no explanation. Arrived at 330am and they stayed late to ensure we had a car. Staff worked together to get everyone through quickly. The manager was right there with them taking customers to the cars and explaining the process. We like renting from Alamo, this one is no different.”
