It was horrible because the salesperson was very nasty and confrontational. She made it a point to cut me off and tell me off. She made sure I knew the price of the I phone 12 out the door of $21500. I didn't care because I could pay I wanted 2 lines but she was so mad and angry I bothered her she referred me to Total by Verizon which I got great deals and great phones. I also don't have to ever worry about locked phones. My I phone 11 was a sub of Verizon so I got a new fabulous Moto stylus 2023 for free plus awesome service

Don't go here if you need to buy a phone, need a new carrier, need help with your phone issues, do not buy anything from this place. They don't know anything. I've been a Boost customer since 1999 yes that is correct the year 1999.Boost did some updating and my voicemail hasn't worked since, it's been 8 months now.... NO VOICEMAIL!!!!I've been on the phone live and via chat with customer service over 11 times, visited a store as per online operater request and no help. I have NO VOICEMAIL since they did their their new updates! They just lost a dedicated customer! Honestly The people working in this store should be fired!

Tonya is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get a phone line added. She had to call several departments because of a specific issue and kept a great attitude the whole time. She also was training another fabulous coworker, Desia, who was open to learning and picked up things quickly! These girls rock! I’ll definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. I deleted my previous review because it was on the wrong account but my statements still stand that the employees do not answer phones, and refuse to open the doors when they should be open. Went down there again today, and the woman working there was not only 10 minutes late for her "out for lunch" sign, but was incredibly rude. I went in the store to try and get at least some information on how to refund something (because again, Boost Mobile's on the phone customer service is HORRENDOUS), and all she wanted to do was raise her voice and argue with me when all I kept telling her was I had absolutely no interest in activating the phone when this business has clearly proven they are not to be worked with. I tried to speak calmly and repeat to her that I just wanted help getting my money back, but she kept going on and on about how she can just activate the phone for me when I've repeated to her that I do not wish to pay this company whatsoever.While being on hold for 30 minutes, I am again attempting to speak to someone online because I cannot even return my device I purchased because it was past 7 days, even though it took literally a week and a half to get the SIM card I was waiting for that DOESN'T EVEN WORK. I followed the instructions given to me by the people on the phone as well as a representative in the store when I first purchased the device, and it does not work. The fact that you do not have a webpage with a form to file a return request is OSTENTATIOUS. Boost Mobile should be ashamed of themselves for these predatory business practices. If this does not work, I will be contacting my bank and requesting a full refund through them.

Every time I visit location in morning never open. Time states 10:00 am second time I’ve had to drive to different location because out on break or opened late.

The purpose of these stores is convenience. My experience is that it is far more convenient to shop online. That is because they are unclear about prices, generally incompetent or inept, and unable to provide good customer service after screwing up my account.
