This review is for customer service the items were purchased on-line I purchased a tv and sound bar to be delivered and installed The installer advised no sound bar was on the install order but it was not an unusual occurrence he had run into the situation before but would make adjustments to the order. I was missing a piece to connect the sound bar to my fire stick the installer advised get the piece and call for appointment. Calling geek squad customer service is like calling a brick wall. I was told the work order did not include sound bar so for an additional 99.00 I could get the sound bar installed. I asked for a manager and in a voice mail was told" no free installation " My opinion if you need install service run from using this company. They have pathetic customer service

Went to best buy to buy an I pad and case with a key board.Walked around for 10 minutes while 4 employees wanted to talk to each other. I finally asked for help. I explained what I was looking for and the response I got was I don't have it. Not even an offer to order it.When I asked if they can order one in. I got I'm not sure ? Really! Customer service is terrible!

I visited the Best Buy location to pick up my order. I parked in a curbside spot and checked in. I waited for about 10 minutes while observing five Best Buy employees smoking and laughing near the entrance. I wondered if one of them was supposed to see that I was waiting outside. I decided to go inside and inquire about my order. To my surprise, one of the employees who was outside smoking was the person attending the pick-up kiosk. I politely asked for my order and he told me I needed to park by the door. I was frustrated because I had already parked in a designated curbside spot. The customer service was mediocre. If you need curbside pickup, it is better to go inside rather than wait in your car. I was disappointed with the experience.

I suggest avoiding this location if you need any assistance. I waited inline for a solid 10min without even being acknowledged in the computer department. The employees actively seem to avoid anyone needing help.If you just want to look at products, it is a great place for that, then buy it on Amazon or someplace else.

Nobody wanted to help us purchase the item we were looking for. After calling and being told that the item was in stock, we showed up at the store. We walked around for about 10 min and finally got someone to help. We politely asked if we could purchase the item we were in search for, and the employee went to get it. Returning empty handed, the employee was not apologetic but annoyed that we were in his presence. The employee then tried to force a sale on us, where we would purchase the item, and go pick it up from a store 30 minutes away. I then told the employee that we were not interested in doing that and we appreciated his time. The employee sucked their teeth and stormed off. Needless to say, we will not be back. Whoever hired these people should be ashamed.
