Do not go here. Roger called me an hour before I was supposed to pick up my rental to tell me they were late moving cars and had nothing on the lot, he said maybe later that day. I confirmed this reservation multiple times through corporate to ensure I would have a car and he offered no assistance to help. He just kept saying “I don’t know what you want me to do” how about do your job and ensure there are cars for the reservations people make to get to work and other commitments??

Don’t go to this location the employee can be prejudice. I went to this location upon arrival I notecard the employee being rude to a minority customer. The next customer was white and he completed excellent customer service. When it was my turn I asked the employee which car would I have he stated a Tesla or a Silverado. When I came back inside I reiterated what he said to me. He then changed and said “never mind I am putting you in a Tesla I then said “are you the manager because your customer service isn’t good” he then slid my cards and said I’m canceling your reservation. This was for no reason at all I then asked to speak with a manager by phone he refused to provide any information he then gave me the customer service number while I was on the phone and telling the customer service representative from Ava is my experience how the rep rest was being prejudice against me he then asked me to leave and stated that I am being trespassed. I sat in the lobby non aggressively quietly while in the phone with customer care. The police then showed up and said that I am being trespassed again for no apparent reason other than being a black person

DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL LOCATION. THEY WILL MAKE FALSE CLAIMS AND TAKE MORE MONEY FROM YOU. FOR US THEY FIRST CLAIMED WE HAD DOG HAIR IN THE VEHICLE WHEN THERE WAS NEVER A DOG IN IT, AFTER THAT THEY MADE FALSE CLAIMS OF EXCESSIVE DIRT $450.00 DOLLARS OF EXTRA BOLD FACE LIES LATER RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS TOO. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND STESS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The owner was really nice and professional.It’s not a large car rental place, so I can see why people haven’t gotten the vehicle they exactly expected, but there were a lot of other good options. I payed for a sports car, and ended up getting a luxury instead so I didn’t have to wait. Overall a good experience.

To each their own. I had a great experience at this location last month. I flew in from Canada then took an uber over to this location. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions and concerns that I had. Yes, the car had minor scratches and dent, but they were all noted for on the paperwork. Everyone's experience is different, but I had a positive one.

Raj at the desk was very helpful and kind. He was thorough in explaining all of the fees and how toll passes work. He gave us a free upgrade!

Not cool to charge for a week when I returned the car rental after 3 days. I was not informed there was a minimum one week rental charge when I picked up the car and will fight this with my credit card company. Very bad business practice, Avis.

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION I recently took my grandmother to rent a car and she was approached and bullied by a man with the worst attitude that cared nothing of being polite or even professional especially during this time of pandemic Shame on you . WHAT A HORRIBLE INDIVIDUAL “RAJ” is and please don’t insult my intelligence with the same copy and paste responses you send to all the other bad reviews. This individual still is employed there so this lead me to believe customer complaints fall on deaf ears
