Cyrus the manager was able to help me with a free diagnostic test. We were able to find the issue and get it resolved on the spot. I cannot thank him enough for helping me. I will definitely recommend people to this location with the amazing staff they have.

I recently visited the store to replace my car battery. Easy swap at the cash register. Tech/manager was courteous and expedited the process by installing the car battery himself. Very thankful! Thank You!

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. Me and my fiancé went here to buy a break light but wasn’t sure which one we would need. We approached an employee for assistance (I don’t remember his name, but I wish I did) who then rudely stated “would have been easier to figure out what you need if you bring the broken bulb in” I replied I wasn’t even sure if we knew how to remove the old one. He then had the nerve to state “well if he (pointing to my fiancé) doesn’t know how to remove it, he might as well go to the back and put on a polka dotted skirt.” When I tell you this comment had me livid. I didn’t say anything in the moment, but I truly wish I had. This comment is extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I left without purchasing anything. I will not be coming back here or to any other auto zone for that matter if this is the type of people they have working there, where someone can’t even ask for help without being belittled. I’m extremely disappointed.

Close to home and convenient. I went for 2 quarts of oil because mine was low. I was greeted and taken care of quickly.
