Our previous Honda dealership services in our area left us unhappy, usually down to poor communication. But we wanted a Honda Service Center, so we took a chance.
Joseph was able to get us in even without an appointment, and immediately gave us his cell number so we could get in touch with him through the service appointment.
Joseph was professional and courteous, and helped us every step of the way. The "icing on the cake" was that the problem was a warranty issue, so there was no charge for the repair.

I just wanted to ask if they had a certain product available in the store, and had to wait for quite a while to get someone to help me. There were at least 3-4 others behind me waiting to get someone to help. Otherwise they have a good selection of things and if they don't have it in store, they can get it for you to pick up from the store within the next 1-2 days. You can also order things online with fast free shipping if your order is over a certain amount.”

I called another Auto Zone and spoke with Micheal. He told me to come on down and that he would take care of me. He went above and beyond. The night and day difference in his store compared to the one I went to earlier was mind blowing. He’s a great manager. He didn’t have to apologize at all for anything but he did and said that’s not how Auto Zone does business for its customers.
