Had a fantastic experience! Another jeweler had told me that my watch was unrepairable as they had no idea what was wrong with it. After bringing my watch here, they had it diagnosed within 10 minutes and had it repaired within the same week! Bringing all my future needs here! Great communication and friendly staff as well :)

Got my rope bracelet from here and he cut me a great deal on the bracelet. 14k Solid gold rope bracelet. He even resized for me on the spot. Will definitely come back.

Want to bring to the attention of the community….we were going around comparing prices for solders. He was the cheapest in the mall but please beware cheap also comes at a quality that is low grade and is not upto the mark. I rather go to someplace else that is a little higher but my piece is cared for.

DO NOT use them for watch repair or battery replacement ! ! Brought in my mother's watch for simple NEW battery replacement... worked for one day only. They will rip you off $$$ and I'm sure pull the " I don't understand good English" game. Not worth the hassle going back in to probably get another used battery. Please stop New York-ing our Florida !! This store doesn't hold up to our standards. See past reviews of similar experiences. Shoulda checked them out beforehand. Ugh.

Called ahead to get an engagement ring resized and the man told me to come whenever, no appointment needed. Went in that same day and they were closed early, but the lady in the store saw us and said come by tomorrow. Came back the next day and the man said he’s too busy and to come back tomorrow.Needless to say, I will not be coming back tomorrow or ever. You’ve lost our business.

Original pieces and reasonable prices. The owner of the store creates some unique original pieces and found is just the perfect pendant and chain for a Christmas gift. He even cut us a break on the price and was very kind and patient with us. I will definitely go back again.
