I used to come here all the time and always got greeted by great staff and now it seems they must have new management here cause the new staff haven’t been keeping up with the place it’s dirtier than it’s ever been

Im a regular customer i’ve been going there for years this new manager and new employees are awful…i bought some chicken wings and they tasted old and to top it off the cooler was mostly out of my favorite items don’t waste time coming here its not the same….

Just went through 7-Eleven car wash and there was no soap whatsoever straight water the whole way through spoke with cashiers two of them stated they would give me another wash but with water? I don’t live here so therefore I can’t use the wash but no refund issued bad business……….

Today I was in line to pay for some gum and the cashier was watching videos on his phone. He never looked up, never stopped watching his videos and when I asked for a receipt he said he couldn't do it now--he didn't know I needed one. How does he still have a job??

This place very dirty and they don’t got fresh coffee, and the food looks old and very nasty ? they should treat their workers right too because I overheard the workers saying how management treats them horribly, unfortunately.

I worked here, where do I even began? Ohh yes, it's run by Satan and his demon servants.The Manager, Beth, for starters, she doesn't listen to a single issue her employees bring her. She sold $40 in counterfeit money back to customers just to get if off her hands. Overnight shifts would write off old out of dated food as we were supposed to that was still in stock. Only for Beth(the manager) to unwritten them off and and put the old food back out to sell. I'm not talking a day old I'm talking 5 to 7 days old. She says constantly that Anita (Owner) doesn't allow overtime even though three employees got 60, 50 and 45 hours. So favoritism is def involved. Your overworked and underpaid. Employees would hurt their backs doing more than any one person should only to be told to be more careful and continue working. Overnights doesn't allow more than 1 worker unless it's truck nights on Monday or Thursdays. So it's literally 1 person in the middle of the night where any unsafe situation could arise and they work ALONE. Beth called coworkers in mere hours before she wanted them to come in early and stay late and it would be last minute notices. She cannot make a schedule to save her life. They have an 82 year old man working overnights BY HIMSELF, doing all the heavy lifting alone. They have been robbed, theifs have stolen and Beth does nothing about it. The fact that Anita(owner) allows it is her fault. Beth(Manager) needs to be fired ASAP if this store ever wants to make a turnaround. Customers think ANIL owns the place even though he is just a second shift worker that stands at the lottery machine with arms crossed on his phone 90% of his shift. Joe does nothing but stock cigarettes and stand at the register. If you wanna learn how to be lazy work here. They are great at allowing it.WORD OF ADVICE: DO NOT SHOP HERE OR EAT HERE!EMPLOYEES ABANDON ALL HOPE IT WONT EVER CHANGE AS LONG AS SATAN BETH IS IN CHARGEVery Respectfully,An overworked an abused former employee.

Claim they can’t do pressed sandwiches never experienced that but thought it was something new and was wanting one so I called another 7/11 Just to make sure they could and they made it clear that every 7/11 should have one and be able to do it. Also slushy machine has been broken for like 3 weeks
