“I just hope that all the company’s associates are as helpful and courteous as Lily was with helping and as patient as she was with me. I was from out of town and had to pick several pair and had a toddler with me and the beautiful wife and had her do many shoe checks for all of us. I haven’t shopped at vans for many years but Lily has now made me a returning guest. She was very patient with me with making choices. VERY friendly and knows her products. She deserves a medal for her patience. She was the absolute best. Also one of the other people there Gainey was pretty great too.”

Prices are a little high for good quality/ larger items but is is all for a GOOD CAUSE.
They allow you to haggle HAND WRITTEN prices only.
Was able to find some nice home goods type items for good prices!
You just never know what you may find!

“I had a wonderful experience shopping at this location of J. Jill. The two ladies who helped me were Shelby and Michelle. They were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful!!! We talked comfortably and casually. They helped me find exactly what I wanted! I came in after dinner, around 7:15 p.m., and they stayed open a few minutes past closing at 8 pm to help me checkout.
I highly recommend this location and these kind ladies. The store was clean, well organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
I don't understand the other reviews' complaints about the staff being unfriendly. The two ladies I met were very kind to me! I always believe in being kind to everyone and have found in most cases that if I am kind to others, they usually reciprocate. ?
