I lost my AirPod and the location was saying that it was here.... After hours, a lady let me come in and she got on her hands and knees with me to help me find it... the kindness of her and everyone around who helped me find it! I believed her name was Desirae or something similar. Such a very generous woman who went above and beyond.

This is a great store. That have alot of choices for many different items. The employees were super nice and helpful. If you are in Sandestin I definitely recommend this store.

Mr Dave went above and BEYOND regarding our bakery order. He was extremely attentive, and handled our treats with care and respect. He never lets a stressful situation affect his positive attitude and work ethic. Please give him a raise!

When Publix opened their customer service was excellent. This store is lacking basic customer service skills. The sad fact is today was just one of many times especially these last few weeks, and I'm not a tourist you have to worry about probably never seeing again, I'm local it's in my neighborhood but I'm seriously considering sucking it up and dealing with traffic and going elsewhere. It's evident this is an area Publix is no longer interested offering, I always thought that was something the company took pride in but that's not the case any longer. By the way I don't usually post things like this, just tired of spending more money and getting a lot less. Good customer service doesn't cost the company a penny, but lack of it sure will.

Publix is a well known supermarket in the south and is typically considered a quality store - above Kroger, under Whole Foods. This Publix is no exception. We have shopped here many times and it has always been clean, well stocked, and the staff friendly and helpful. While the prices are a bit higher than a store down the road, this location is a higher end location and you really need to expect to pay what the location dictates. The produce is usually pretty good (not great) and the meats the same. The negatives are on the cashier staffing - there aren't enough of them. This is a busy location, especially during touristy times as well as nights and weekends. There are usually three or four registers open aside from the express lane. That isn't enough to negate a (yes) 15 or 20 minute wait. First world problems I know, but this store does charge a premium due to location, so can likely afford to pay for another cashier or two to be in service during peak times. As others have noted, this location does not have a self checkout either, so if you come in for a couple of quick things, you are going to wait on line....

I love to shopping this location because our family live in Mack bayou rd , we was shipping our grocery for our family, flowers plants for Decorating our house and our family business every week, I'm always check out on customer service any time that I'm shopping less items, so we spent a lot of money weekly monthly here, the shot hair lady there never be nice, never smile, never say hi, rude No thank you or no nothing thing, and manager I think his name Kyle, not very sure but he said he works there 5 days a week He is customer service skills is not either, He didn't try to resolve to problem, he said to me I never see me here before, and lie to me that lady only work night shift, I'm was check out with her before in the afternoon, that's why I'm remember her , the first time I'm lets it go, because everyone can have bad in there life but I'm there second she was rude talking to her friend then working on her computer, She not greet me right a way , Again No says hi No sorry,No thank , No noting , Make me feel like because I'm they didn't know who I was Maybe didn't think I'm shopping there a lot, that was not an important customer, I feel disrespected and disappointed.

Bad customer service! If you don't like to work here go find something else to do! Don't come to work with the bad attitude specialty Customers service the worst customer service I've had! Also the manager is rude.Go learn how to say Hi and smile first before you come to work!

Kept hearing about how great Publix was (I live in Cincinnati). I must say I was not impressed. Sky high prices and NO self checkout available. The seafood department at my local Krogers was better than the one here in Florida. Additionally I thought their meat selection was bad! I think they are known for their Deli which I admit I did not try. Overhyped.

I must say, Publix at Grand Blvd is fortunate to have Jamie (99% sure that's his name) working for them. He was loading the dairy section with new goodies and I couldn't find my favorite yogurt. Jamie went to the back twice looking for it and he found it! He was so friendly and dropped what he was doing to help. Then right after me, another woman asked him if he could help her find something. With a smile, he once again stopped what he was doing and walked to a different aisle to help her. He's definitely the employee every employer only dreams of having in their employ. I highly recommend a spot bonus for Jamie and also I highly recommend Publix!
